Great location to Birmingham canal. Great to use the Utilita arena for events as it’s a 5 minute walk. Hotel is clean and safe. Great base for Birmingham, very close to the big gold library, which is a great point if you get lost in the big City at night. 
We had a family room and the beds are very comfy and my son slept well. 
Bath in the room is great having a child staying.
Breakfast was offered but we don’t eat breakfast. 
I booked in January and got an amazing price I would recommend booking this for any weekends away. 

Ideal location great hotel value for money

Stayed to meet friends. My husband is disabled so needed the hotel to be near to Sealife and a restaurant we were dining at. Fab number of disabled parking spaces and a brilliant location with a 5 minute 
walk to the canal and bars. The staff were friendly and so helpful especially when my son had left his earpods in the room and we have checked out a few hours ago. Breakfast was by far the best hotel breakfast we have had as well. Only one issue with the duvet being too hot in an already warm room but that was easily solved. Would definitely stay here again

Brilliant location, reliable Premier Inn

Comfortable and clean rooms with everything you need. Breakfast and dinner quality was excellent, hot and fresh. All staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel Centrally located with everything nearby and only short walk from the Bullring and train station.

Lovely stay and goodnight sleep

What amazing staff! Nothing too much bother - air con would be nice tho!! Watch out for Ulez and car parking charges! Nice and quiet and very convenient - thank you very much to all the staff - would stay again 

Wonderful staff

This hotel is in the perfect location in Birmingham. It’s only a few minutes walk to all the restaurants in Broad Street and a twenty minute walk to the Bull Ring in the City Centre. It is spotless clean and the staff are amazing. The food in the restaurant is excellent and priced very affordable. I was over for an Aston Villa game and stayed here twice before and can’t wait for my next visit.

This is a beautiful hotel in Birmingham. I have stayed here twice before and the staff are so professional and friendly.

I arrived and was greater by two friendly ladies, room was given quick, it was clean and beds are comfy I was given directions to utilita by a gentleman and he was friendly aswell.. 10 mins walking distance and I would recommend and stay again

Brilliant sleep

The staff here are exceptional. From arrival to departure every staff member I met was professional, friendly and most importantly of all, genuinely appeared to be happy in their work. They smiled and were polite. Congratulations to the manager for creating such a positive working environment. In the restaurant the food was fresh and tasty and here the staff on the floor excelled. Breakfast was always topped up and chef cooked to order for my vegetarian extras.

The room I was in wasn’t the biggest at Premier inn but I was happy with the size and amenities and it was spotless. I was at a conference at the ICC which was no more than 3 mins walk.

I travel for business regularly and this is the best quality Premier inn I have stayed in because I left feeling valued

Exceptional Staff make this hotel

The. staff at this hotel are brilliant ! best customer service we have had at a Premier Inn 
We arrived quite early and thought we would just drop our bags off but as soon as we stepped inside the gentleman on the desk was so accomodating .
He said he would check if our room was ready popped along to check it himself and said its ready heres your keycard ! I didnt get his name but I feel he could be a duty manager very smart and a credit to Premier Inn .
        The great service continued at breakfast greeted by a lovely smiley young lady Mollie she explained that end of breakfast was in 25mins but not to rush and enjoy all on offer .With only 5 mins till end of service she again came to the table and said only 5 mins left would we like to go and help ourselves to any more food and drink or take anything to our room . I felt this to be excellent as I am aware of wastage in hospitality. We thanked her and spoke to the other waitress whom turned out to be Mollies Mum Nicola all I can say they are a credit to the hotel ! WE will return and also gladly recommend ! 
            Also on the canal so a lovely walk to town with pleny of bars and eateries .

Overnight Stay

I just wanted to express my gratitude for the amazing service from Molly. I'd requested the room to have fresh bedding and towels in the morning and unfortunately this had been missed by housekeeping. When I went downstairs to check if this was at all possible, Molly was happy to help! Molly offered to swap it out herself and asked when may be a good time. Her friendly conversation and personality made the interaction incredibly positive! 

I'd headed out for the evening, and to my absolute delight, not only had the bedding and towels changed, she'd restocked and tidied the tea tray! I also got a little delight and note from her. Molly was absolutely superb and made my evening with this gesture. Thank you so much and I'll be staying here again soon.

Clean, Friendly Staff, Safety and Security was reassuring for anyone staying alone. And the value for what it costs is really good. I was not expecting to be as satisfied or impresses with the rooms as I was due to the affordability considering it was NYE.
