Partner and I went for 4 nights and it was absolutely lovely! Quite a quiet place but it’s such a nice pub. Reasonably priced and the food was delicious. There’s free parking and free WiFi which is always a plus!

We stayed at the washford inn last weekend and we had an amazing experience here , the staff were extremely friendly and helpful the landlord and landlady couldn’t do enough for us and the food was excellent and great value for money, the rooms were clean and came with a beautiful view of the station to the rear of the f the hotel. We will definitely stay again

We called in here without knowing anything about it and was very happy about it! We had Sunday lunch, (one of the best we’ve had) service was excellent and we were made very welcome, pity it was the last day of our holiday, or we would have been back!

We had the best weekend. The room was clean and had all amenities. I loved the add of the cafetiere.  The shower was nice and easy to use. The bed was the most comfiest bed I have slept on! All the staff were welcoming, friendly and nothing was too much for them. The food was delicious as well. Thank you for giving us both a fun, relaxed and chilled weekend.

Great place the food was amazing. T bone all round for the 6 of us, each cooked to our request and perfect. Gorgeous, gorgeous meal. Cant stop thinking about it. Will 100% go back. Servuce was excellent too.

We have been staying at Butlins for the weekend and fancied a change of scenery. We saw this pub on the drive down so thought we would give it a try.
I am so so glad we did. I cannot stress how tasty the whole meal was. You have a choice of 2 meats optional 3rd is a extra £1.50 but you really don't need too. The beef and pork were delicious & full of flavour. What I particularly liked was all the extras, Yorkshire puds, cauliflower cheese (which was to die for) roasted carrots, tenderstem broccoli and the most amazing stuffing. It felt like a Christmas dinner. The children's portion were equally as good, and would easily satisfy a smaller adult appetite. They really provide good value for money, and certainly don't scrimp on the quality. 
I had the apple pie for desert, and again was just out of this world. And plenty of it 😊 the staff were so friendly and welcoming, truly lovely team. So glad to have come across this gem, I'm just sad we live over 2 hours away, although I am tempted to make the journey every Sunday 😂

Great to be back here and with new landlords , fabulous redecoration, friendly staff and amazing food , we had The Somerset pork , the steak and the cauliflower steak for one of us that was vegan all fantastic!! we will be back xx

Fantastic location right next to the old steam train station and Sunday lunch  booking is a must. Friendly staff. And just a short trip to minehead on the steam trains so overall it a good day out with a really good pub with excellent food to complete your day.

Great little place run by a very accommodating couple.  Working locally and out every day too early for breakfast, so each morning there was a not so little take away package waiting for me.
Comfortable room and quality pub food too.

We had a fantastic meal at the Washford Inn, the food was excellent, really big portions and great value.

Joel was lovely and looked after us very well, would definitely recommend.

Have had lunch here before as well and again the food was great in a nice environment next to the steam railway.  Well worth stopping at if you are passing through on your journey.

This is a clean and friendly Inn. The service is always quick and polite. Dogs are welcome. We visited here on Sunday for the carvery. The food was excellent, and service was good. We have had lunches and meals here before, but the carvery was something special. Will be back for another!
