I often travelled to Bexhill for business and have stayed in quite a few hotels in the area. This was the first time staying at Coast B&B and it definitely won't be my last. Lucia was lovely and very attentive. The rooms and hallways were spotless, so spotless I had to ask if it had just been renovated. Even the carpets looked pristine! The bed was comfy and the sheets were so white I almost felt guilty sleeping on them! My breakfast was delicious and healthy, perfect to set me up for a long day at work. It's evident Lucia takes much pride in her business, she made me feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Lucia, I'll be back!

The best B&B

Had lovely two night stay at Coast. The room was extremely nice and was very tastefully decorated and furnished. Luccia is a wonderful friendly hostess. 
The breakfast was excellent and varied and all freshly prepared. We recommend the poached eggs and the full breakfast, yum. 
We will certainly return when we go back to Bexhill.

Lucia was lovely, what a great host. 
We stayed for 2 nights as we were in Bexhill visiting friends. Great location, shame about the weather! 😂 Lucia was so friendly and helpful, a lovely lady and host. Our room (no5 red ) was great. Beautiful breakfast- really set us up for the day and lovely to have the choice of bath or shower. 
There was some outside noise so if you want quiet ask for a room at the back. Beautifully  decorated and lovely rooms. Will definitely stay here again. 

Lovely Lucia ♥️

This was my best experience that I have had at a b&b and I would love to stay there again if I was to be back in the area.

You can park on the street and pay just £2 for a ticket per day and a domino’s is very close by which was also a big plus for me.

Beautiful, comfortable, welcoming and spotless.

Great location, a few minutes walk from the beach. The house and rooms are spotless and beautifully decorated. So quiet, we wouldn’t have even known other guests were staying if we hadn’t seen them at breakfast. Lucia is very welcoming, takes a genuine interest in your stay and sets you up for the day with a great breakfast.

Comfy bed. Modern room.nice decor.excellent bathroom. Spotlessly clean. As you can see from our statements we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at this accommodation would highly recommend.

We stayed for our anniversary on a Friday and Saturday night. The whole place is spotless and to a high standard. We stayed in room 1 which overlooks the back of the property, it was very quiet. The room has a small table and chairs and a fridge. The bed was very comfortable. My only issue with the room was that the on suite was cold. It had a radiator and under floor heating but it was still chilly. Excellent shower, and dressing gowns and slippers provided.
The hostess was very helpful and friendly. 
Parking is an issue, it is on the street and you have to buy a permit for each day you stay, cost £1 , but the problem is finding a space. The whole street is permit parking only but is manly residential so space is hard to find. We ended up parking on the sea front a few minutes walk away, cost £2.40 per day.
Breakfast was fantastic, well cooked, great variety and plenty of it.
Overall an excellent break in a lovely place.

Beautiful B&B

Coast is a very stylish, up-market B&B. It's clear all the furnishings, fittings, and  accessories have been chosen with great care. The room was stunning, large and comfortable, likewise the ensuite. The large bed was very comfortable and I slept really well.
I left the best bit to the end - breakfast. Absolutely wonderful. Beautifully presented, no fat, a delight and great choices. Lucia is a charming and interesting host. There is ample street parking and the beach is a couple of hundred yards away. The de la Warr Pavilion and nearby restaurants are a short walk away. No effort required, the sea breeze will blow you there!

Stylish, friendly and just delightful

I was on a business trip to Bexhill and was booked into the Cast B&B. Lucia the owner couldn't do enough! The rooms were amazing and the breakfast was spot on! Lucia was also able to help out when finding local bars and places to eat of an evening. Hoping to be back in the future as I wouldn't want to book in anywhere else!

Such an Amazing B&B!

Back to our favourite hotel for a wonderful break last week. As welcoming, clean and enjoyable as ever. I cannot recommend highly enough. Many thanks again Lucia for a great time and look forward to seeing you soon. 2 minutes to the sea front and round the corner from some excellent restaurants.
