What a beautiful house with lovely features.  We were allocated a room on the top floor.  There were lots of steps although not a problem for us may be a problem for others.  The Owner Helen was lovely she was very friendly and offered lots of advise about the area.  Parking was not a problem as we were supplied with a visitors permit.  Location was great as only a short walk to town centre.  Breakfast in the morning was great cereals, juice, yoghurt and fruit as well as a cooked breakfast.  We loved our stay and do plan to come back in the future.

Lovely Over night stay

Very clean and well equipped. Breakfast lovely. My room  was on the top floor so had to climb up 44 stairs, so ask for a lower one if possible as it felt like climbing Everest!
Parking is on the road and restricted but you are given a parking permit by the owners so we had no problem.

Very friendly

This place is a ayrmazing. 
The room was well presented with everything a traveler needs. 
The hosts were more than welcoming with a homely atmosphere. 
Our trip was elevated due to the easy attitude and comfortable way in which we we're welcomed. 
The breakfast set us up for the day. 
We have given this place a 10/10 as the experience was well worth it. The room was clean and homely with clean towels.
Our thanx to them both for making us feel welcome as soon as we walked through the door.

Weekend exploring Ayr

Lovely place, gorgeous house and owner really nice and welcoming.  Stayed in family room and was very tidy and clean.  Breakfast was very nice and the coffee was excellent.  Would definately recommend.  Great area and within walking distance of the front and town. Would say pillows were hard prefer softer but thats personal choice.

Overnight stay

A lovely large clean house with period features.
Our room was on the top floor, a good hike but we were offered one on the floor below which although had a private use bathroom, was not en-suite.
The rooms on the website look huge, ours was quite small.  It was certainly do-able, but a little more space would have been nice.
Breakfast was amazing, every morning, perfectly cooked and plenty of it. 
Parking was with a visitors permit, never had any trouble finding a space close by.
It's not too far to walk into the shopping area of Ayr from the guest house, so a nice location.
Would happily recommend.
