What was bad

Worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. Room was on a slope so you slid down the bed in the night!!! Bed uncomfortable. Room dated-cobwebs everywhere, wall paper peeling off, cracks in walls, shower was broken, dressing table mirror broken, dirty corridors etc Just awful. Paid £70 for the privilege as well-no idea where they got their 3 stars from. Food wasn’t available either. Cobwebs everywhere!!! Whole place felt dirty. Smell of smoke in corridors even though it was no smoking.
