Hotel service + rooms were amazing! We enjoyed our stay and were well looked after... Defo recommend staying here again 

Amazing Stay

The moment I walked into my room there was a horrible damp smell. I stayed a few minutes and decided I did not want to stay. Went to reception to ask to be moved only to be told "We're fully booked and have no other rooms". I asked for a refund so I could try to find another hotel but was told: "takes 29 days for a refund". I can only guess the hassle of trying to get a refund from this mob. I stay in hotels 3/4 times a week and am finding more and more problems with Premier Inn which never get addressed.  So this is the last time I book with Premier Inn.

Strong damp smell in room

Easy & quick check in if prepaid. Room was so clean and the bed was extremely comfy. Breakfast in the restaurant was spot on. Staff very happy and informative. No hesitation in returning if all premier inns are like this one.

Comfy stay

This was our first stay at Didcot Premier Inn. The location of the hotel was perfect - just off the A34, but quiet and peaceful. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The room was fine - tidy, clean and well-maintained. We slept soundly - probably our best sleep at a Premier Inn in a long time.

We were here on business and found the service to be excellent. Food was great and hotel accomodation adequate. Id like to give leah a special mention as her service was great. Tha k you for the great service. We will try and book here in the future

Great service

Just about to check out from our two night stay.

All in all very good - fast efficient check in, usual clean and tidy room etc.
The room was very large compared to some other PI's We have stayed in.

If anything negative to highlight was perhaps some of the corridors need a bit of TLC - Just looked a bit worn from foot traffic and woodwork hit by suitcases etc.

That aside all was good - I'll leave a separate review for the adjoining Beefeater restaurant.

Oxford South premier inn conveniently near A34 and has a beefeater restaurant on site. 
Staff friendly and happy to help.
Room lovely and clean.
Train station 15 minutes drive in Didcot.

Convenient location 

Leah in the beefeater was absolutely amazing... I'm a fussy eater and she got all my meals spot on, on numerous occasions! I've never had service like it!  11 out of 10!!!  110% recommended her for top bar staff ever!!

We had a table of strict dietary requirements due to certain individuals not growing up. Anyhow, Leah kept to our table’s special needs and delivered an endless flow of alcohol. Our meals were spot on and we couldn’t fault the service. Always ask for Leah.

Stayed at Didcot Premier Inn a few times, staff always helpful and friendly. Small issue fixed by female manager, politely and efficiently. Rooms clean and in a good location. Always feel at home. The Applecart also very good.
