11 reviewsStayed for 7 nights during Aug-2019 at Junior Suite (2 adults + 2 kids under 5yrs) The staff (at the reception and the room cleaner) is very friendly and sensitive to the guests needs. Provided info about local attractions, were very polite and careful to make our stay comfortable. Provided with a smile extra towels, anti-mosquito device, left for us extra trash bag ...always asked whether we need something else. The room decor (the TEXTURED paintings on all the walls) is very impressive. We checked in early, about at 05:30am (for some extra payment) - the staff prepared the room in advance for us - opened the sofa for the kids and put down clean sheets on it. Some minor cons: - No trash can in the rooms, only a small one in the bathroom (the rooms cleaner left us extra trash bag) - There's no shelf in the toilet-shower room to put our things on it (like shaver etc...) - Some small lamps, in the bedroom, near the bed would be really comfortable (instead of getting up to the rooms' main switch and light the whole room while other person is asleep) Regarding the test "Would you get back there" - Yes
