They recently had renovation and have pretty cool graffiti as well as wall art. Improved management and great Indian food. Cherry on the cake is its location which is right by the river nile and new bridge to Kampala. A must visit place with family and friends. Moreover they have improved services and ARTISTS, will enjoy it.

If you are visiting Kampala, Uganda, one can plan visit to Jinja which is around 70 kms away form kampala. Here one can see a very famous spot called " Source of Nile" This is the place from where worlds largest river Nile starts. The River Nile is the longest river in the world. It is 6,650 km long and drains an area of 3,349,000 square km. If you want to relax during you tour / trip, i would suggest to stay at Forever Resort. This is very natural place, excellent view of the world largest lake Victoria. Hotel is very economical and offer good Indian food. Rooms are eco rooms and like cottage. You will get good peace of mind.

Great location and artistic display

Best location, very natural place to stya

While in Jinja, we were searching for a good hotel for lunch, alongside Nile. Location of the hotel is excellent. 
The food also was good. But the service was very late. Also the waitresses were not understanding english very well. They were getting confused and bringing different dishes against our orders.
This option you can take if you want to sit along riverside in a budget hotel for a long time sipping chilled beer.

Good location along Nile

We wanted to Stay for few hours in Jinja to relax and to take shower to fresh up. we booked this hotel 4 dbl rooms 48 hrs before the time of arrival But room are full of dust everywhere windows, curtain, bed, flooring, bathroom shower, knobs sink. Even no cleaning was done before our arrival. Since we entered we all start coughing  because of dust.
we found used soap in the bathroom but anyway we had our own.
Mosquito Net was there but with million of holes and when we drop the net not to be surprise to see the dust and dead mosquitos. It was too late at the night to find someone because reception is not 24hrs and place needs Lighting because it's dark from Parking up to the rooms.
so we had to put on the fan to get rid of mosquito but didn't helped much.

On our arrival at about 1am (after midnight)  Askari (security) Help us to carry our luggage to the room and there was a lady who came and took the pre-order for our bfast as we were leaving early in the morning. 
Food quality was good and the price for extra items was reasonable. Service is slow and also lack of staff.

Place need Immediate Maintenance Req., Rooms are full of Mosquitoes

I will go straight n list why:
-Very dirty n dusty, sneezed the whole night, n spiders webs all over, came with a rush.
-Left over soaps from previous clients,  disgusting.
-Naked wires at the bathroom.
- Dark rooms only 1 bulb small videos.
- Breeding ground for mosquitoes.
- Unprofessional staff from their boss.

Long overdue,it should be shut down

This has only received 1 as I can't score any lower!  The location was the ONLY plus point, which encouraged lots of wildlife.  

They looked shocked when we arrived and ran around trying to find us a room that they could use - after the third room and lots of time wasted, it still contained broken and dirty furniture, broken, dirty and dangerous shower with electric cables showing - unbelievable!!  The rooms smelt damp and window locks were broken and hanging down.

We attempted to try an evening meal which had both been cooked to within an inch of their lives!  completely inedible.  We had to pre-book the food and the breakfast, which they got wrong anyway.

We were due to stay for 9 nights but could not stand the thought so we checked out on the second day - but the very badly managed hotel refused to give us any monies  back, therefore, they have stolen our money!!

NEVER EVER STAY HERE - they are only interested in sales - we'd only been there for 5 minutes and the hotel manager was trying to sell us food and boat trips!!
