The location of this hotel is beautiful and it’s close to the beach although the part of the beach that is reserved for this hotel is small and pebbly. There’s no decent shops or restaurants nearby, you have to go by bus or cab to Kemer for that which is a much nicer area and worth a visit especially for traditional food. The hotel staff are okay, but they don’t reiterate the importance of things like how guests should not reserve the loungers every day (some people leave their things on them overnight so you never get one), and they don’t ask guests to cover up in the lobby or restaurant which isn’t good especially as some guests wear next to nothing, yuck. Annoyingly the music is awful and goes on all day from 10:30am until 11:00pm with only a short break. We were looking forward to hearing birdsong but no such luck. 
It’s not the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at even though housekeeping works hard, probably because it’s booked up and the guests outnumber the rooms. Stained mattress and mess under the bed.
This hotel is full of rude and drunk Europeans and Russians who splash other people in the pool and touch the food and bread in the restaurant, and shout and sing all day whilst glaring at other guests. The staff especially front of house prioritise the Europeans and ignore you if you’re standing with them. Ali from entertainment and the waiters are nice. 
The spa only provides massages carried out by two men which is odd and it’s impossible to get an appointment because no one is ever there.
Food wise, the fresh fruit is delicious and so is the juice and desserts are lovely but it’s a repetitive menu, and you get bored of it quickly. Overall I would not come here again if I got to stay for free.

Don’t book this hotel!!

This hotel is sold  thru agencies as Mira Garden Resort Hotel, 4 stars, but when you get there the name is Magic Garden Resort, no hotel, no stars, only the pool looks like in the pictures from the site, everything else is horible.
Pool is nice, they clean the pool twice a week.They have 6 small umbrellas at pool, for 30 people.
At All inclusive the bar has only gin, votka, beer and red+white wine.They have only 1 bootle of gin/day, or less.Nobody drinks wine, probably because is terrible.
We 've got 3 double rooms, for 7 nights, only in one of them they clean the room, during our stay.In the other 2 rooms , they didn't change the towels or put any toilet papier.In 2 of 3 room, the sheet had mold and the towels had red stains.We told about the sheet at the reception, but no one came to change the sheet.Our luck was that it was on the level the cleaning cart. 
Balcony railing was broken.In the bathroom was mold, the sink was not clean enough.
They have working air conditioning and refrigerator.
We had hot water only after 6 days.I think they was going to have an inspection on the quality offered, because they started to clean the hotel and start the hot water, after 6 days of our holiday.
The public bathroom had a lot of toilet papier on the floor,not toilet papier or soup after 3 days,  and they clean the toilet after 6 days.
The food contains vegetables, sometimes not even one kind of meat,almost no desert.
This is no longer a 4 star hotel,maybe  a 1 or 2 star hotel, but a very dirty one.I wodn't recomand nobody to book at this hotel.
