We spent 2 nights at this hotel. It is well located just off the Konak waterfront and we were able to walk to any of the points of interest we had on our list of things to do. Front desk service was excellent. Both Damla and ülkü were helpful with advice on where to eat and favorite places in the area. Thank you to you both for handling our frequent requests. We had at least two special requests for the room and these were handled quickly and perfectly. Beds were comfortable... shower and jacuzzi tub all good. Lots of room to unpack. And our upgraded room had a peak- a -boo view of the sea. We would also like to thank housekeeping staff. Elif came to service the room everyday with a smile on her face. We also made use of the executive lounge as Titanium Elite members. This was well stocked with waters, soft drinks, coffee and snacks. We had a light snack of sandwiches one evening and everything was nice. Breakfast was one of the better ones we've had on this trip. Simit's were fresh. Lots of seeds and nuts for my yogurt... couldn't be happier. Thanks again Renaissance staff for a welcome stay.
