It was a NIGHTMARE! I can’t imagine how this hotel is still in business! Avoid it at all costs! We only stayed there for one night, or more precisely, 7 hours, and we wanted to leave as soon as possible. Since we arrived late, we went straight to sleep because we had an important day ahead for business matters. We were woken up by shouting and banging all over the hotel, especially right next to our room. It was our first time in Istanbul, and we were foreigners who didn’t understand the local language, so it was the worst night ever. Eventually, the commotion moved right to our door, and it felt like the fighting, arguing couple was going to burst into our room any minute. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. The noise finally stopped after two hours. I didn’t  sleep because I was afraid to do anything. In the morning, we immediately checked out because safety is the most important thing. When we asked for a refund for the remaining nights, do you know what the management said? That these things happen, and they can’t guarantee safety or prevent such incidents. Booking also didn’t help because the hotel refused to give us our money back. Clearly, this hotel doesn’t care about your safety, your stay, or their reputation.

The rooms are terrible. I paid extra to have a balcony, and instead, I got windows overlooking a shabby inner yard. The photos didn’t match reality. The rooms were dirty, the bed linens stained, and there was no soundproofing. We had paid for breakfast but didn’t even try it because we didn’t want to risk it. I do not recommend this hotel—it is unsafe, the management doesn’t care about the guests, and they don’t prioritize customer service. This cannot be said about other hotels we stayed in, which impressed us with their hospitality.

its rooms are so dirty , there were a lot of litter under the beds , bathroom was sooooo dirty , you will have a few cheese and sausages without any shif or barmaid, you should charge breakfast for youself . my husband ,my mom and i had sereved 1double room and 1 single room but they did not give us those rooms finally  my husband and i were compelled to stay in triple room with 3 separate beds 
this hotel is very dirty with bad tempered stuff  , also there was beetle in bread basket.ohhhh it was horrible experience

I had terrible experience with Arach Hotel from 24 Oct 2018 up to 26 Oct 2018. poor  heating system, dirty and moldy bathroom and toilet, bed sheets were completely torn apart and beds were uncomfortable, TV not working. also, sour milk served for breakfast!!! Finally, I Decided to be out of hotel during my vacation. Please don,t try that.

I recommend to people never use it.we reserved a room in arach hotel for 3 days and I should tell that was very terrible experience for us. There is not hot water for bathroom and irregular manager. Rude staff. Dirty room. Fibber staff. Our journey was disturb by the way we also unhappy and angry to stay in Arach hotel. Breakfast was ready too late by low quality .There's no room servise. Particular ventilator always noisy ,we had not good sleep. Totally that was doom days for us .

Rooms were not ready for check in on time. Leak in bathroom even after they said they fixed it. Mold around shower. Rude staff, except bell boy/maintenance man. Hardly spoke English. Everything we asked about switching rooms was "impossible ". Do not stay here. It will ruin your trip.

Horrible 

Terrible attitude and pathetic room! Absolutely a no no especially after a long journey! None of the lights in the room were working! And then the front desk manager was point blank "if you don't like the room cancel it!" We booked a superior room and though we checked in, in the evening even the water was not kept in the room. 
This is a boutique hotel in one of the main areas of Taksim but pathetic is not the word. It's beyond pathetic! 
To top it all I have a broken bed and they're not ready to change the room,.instead theyre offering a smaller room for the price of a superior room that we paid.
Please please please don't stay here! Ever!
