Dirty and rundown.
Booked a delux room and was basic at best. 
Upholstery was stained. Walls were bubbling from the damp. Floor was damaged and overall was not clean.
We kept balcony door open and bathroom window open to keep air fresh.
I regret booking here. I would not recommend staying here.

Dirty

Don't bother staying here. Maybe this place 'used to be' decent based on some positive reviews, but that's no longer the case as of late August 2024. The reception area, which nobody seems to use, is the only spot that looks decent. The rest of the place is run down, including the room we stayed in which is one of the most expensive rooms on offer, broken door, curtains off the rails, leaking shower hose, broken lights around stairs so you walk in the dark when you come back at night. Customer service is non-existent. Breakfast that was included looked completely sad and minimal we didn't even bother having it. We had much better breakfast at accommodation in Turkey where we paid half the price of what we paid at this place. Shower is small with a shower screen on just one side so water still splashed everywhere on the other side.
The only positive thing about this place is the location, but there are plenty of other places in the same area for the same or much cheaper prices after we looked when we were thinking about leaving to go find somewhere else to stay. You can just tell this place puts very minimal effort into the property and just let it run down.

Not worth it

DO NOT STAY HERE. 

first of all the hotel is absolutely disgusting. Do not let the entrance pictures fool you into booking. 

I stayed here for 2 nights but ended up leaving after the first because of the extremely aggressive (who I assume manager) 

He tried to make us pay more money (when we had already paid the amount on hotels.com) which is when I knew we were being scammed. 

He told us he would lock us out of the room where all of our belongings were if we didn’t pay him more money. He was getting aggressive waving his hands around which ultimately ended up with him smacking my hand. 

The room was absolutely DISGUSTING and filthy!!! Hair everywhere, toothpaste splattered up the mirror, SO much mould, peeling paint, door lock was broken so anyone could get in. Etc etc the list could go on. See the pictures I’ve attached. 

DO NOT STAY HERE NO MATTER HOW CHEAP. It is not worth it!!

The Staff are Really Great. The room needs a renovation and paint. Location is great. The important thing, is you can walk to everything. Bakery, laundry...stores.  air-conditioning and fridge were good. But again, the room needs to be cleaned/painted before you put a guest there.

Liked  · the location was great. walking distance to most things in the city centre. it is in the old city centre side, so great views, just 100m from the beach. the staff was friendly, Ömer, helped us with lots of things and helped me with my requests. great value for the price. very close to Şok and Migros Jet, if you want to get snacks. Convenient gate to walk out to the beach when the gate was unlocked. Unlimited tea, instant coffee, and water in the lobby.

Disliked  · there is mold and mildew in the bathrooms which is my biggest complaint. You can smell it and it was not pleasant. My daughter refused to take a shower. There was mold in the first room we got. It was supposed to be non-smoking room, so they changed for us. The smoke smell was better, but there was even more black mold in the bathroom. We were tired of changing rooms, so we just stayed. On the last day, after we checked out, I asked to use the lobby toilet. They didn't have one, so he opened another guest room for me to use. It also had mold. There is very little air ventilation in the bathrooms, which is the cause of this. It's unfortunate, bc it would be a very nice cute boutique hotel. Perhaps there are some rooms that don't have it, but not the ones I saw. In our room, which was a double, they only supplied us with one blanket. It is middle of winter. The beds only had thin blankets. There was a thicker blanket in the closet. We had to ask for another. I don't know why they only had one blanket. In the bathroom, there are absolutely no towel hooks. So we couldn't put our towels or clothes to hang anywhere. The shower area was very small with no door, so water splashed everywhere on the floor. No water kettle or teas or complimentary water in the room - but you can go to the lobby to get it 24 hours. But I wish they had it in the rooms also. the TV remote had some buttons that did not work, so we could not view every channel. No housekeeping service at all.

Cute boutique hotel at great location and value, but beware of mold & mildew in the bathrooms.

Nice hotel with a beach front view.  Clean room and bathroom. Acceprable breakfast on the roof top with a magnificent view on the sea and a historical castle. Located in quiet area , yet very secured. I will undoubtedly go back there . A big thank to all the staf working there.

Wouldn’t be back in a hurry. Had a very unwelcoming time there - staff didn’t speak to me once - no hello when I walked through the reception they just looked at me as I walked past. I felt very very unwelcome there. My first room didn’t lock from the inside, I asked the staff to move me into another room as I was a solo female traveler to which he said he couldn’t because he’d already checked me into this room and said don’t worry I’m safe… I had to demand to be put into a room with a door that actually locked. Staff just took me to my room and didn’t tell me anything about anything. No idea what time breakfast was served or where it was served, no idea about Wi-Fi or any of the other amenities at the hotel - I couldn’t even figure out how to use the aircon unit. 

The place is in need of a serious make over - my room felt similar to a jail cell with grey walls with dirt all over them and barely any light in the room - needs to be uplifted with a white colour to make it feel less drab. 

I was there 5 days and nobody came in to clean my bed sheets etc - the cleanliness of the place wasn’t the best. It wasn’t horrifically dirty but there was spit/water marks all over taps - shampoo residue still all over shower tiles etc 

Really didn’t enjoy my time there at all however it’s excellent for access to the Bodrum beach as it’s a 1 minute walk through the hotels gate, which again I was told nothing about and found on my last day.

Not good

Dans une chambre Deluxe,  lit pour 2 personnes, il n'ya pas de couverture disponible selon le réceptionniste,alors qu'il fait froid. Nous avions pourtant fait une réclamation dans la matinée, nous avons passé une 2ème nuit sans couverture.

Le frigidaire qui fait un bruit incroyable m'empêchant de dormir, obligée de l'éteindre dans la nuit.

Nous payons uniquement la décoration.
Aucun service, le message est débrouillez-vous tout seul! Je ne reviendrai plus dans cet hôtel.

In a Deluxe room, bed for 2 people, there is no blanket available according to the receptionist, although it is cold. however, we had made a complaint in the morning, we spent a 2nd night without blanket... The fridge which makes an incredible noise preventing me from sleeping, having to turn it off at night. We only pay for the decoration. No service, the message is : do it yourself you can't help you! I will not be returning to this hotel again.
