We recently stayed at Ela Excellence Resort Belek, and overall we had a pleasant and relaxing holiday. The resort grounds are absolutely beautiful – lush, green, and very well maintained, with plenty of space for walks, a peaceful fish pond, and stunning landscaping throughout. The exceptional yoga classes with Hande deserve a special mention. I participated them with pleasure, they allowed me to appreciate the charm of this place even more. The food was another highlight – fresh, flavorful, and with plenty of variety. The à la carte restaurants, in particular, were excellent, both in terms of food quality and the outstanding service provided by the staff there. However, there were a few downsides that are worth mentioning. The evening entertainment and many daytime activities were primarily in Russian. English wasn't widely spoken among the staff, which sometimes made communication a bit challenging. Other inconvenience was the lack of a proper reservation system for the à la carte restaurants. Instead of a centralized or app-based system, reservations had to be made through WhatsApp intermediaries, who changed frequently and often didn't respond on time. It felt disorganized and below the standard of a five-star resort. We also noticed a high use of plastic across the resort. Drinks served outside the main restaurant came in large plastic cups, and even small servings (like 4–5 strawberries) were given in unnecessarily big containers. A more eco-friendly approach, such as using smaller or paper cups, would definitely be appreciated. Despite these issues, the overall experience was enjoyable, and the combination of beautiful surroundings, great food, and some very attentive staff made for a memorable stay. With a few improvements in communication, sustainability, and organization, this resort could easily become a top-tier destination.

In the Hospital and the Dentist House children try themselves as doctors: take care of patients, learn to provide first aid in case of sunstroke, bruises and cuts, study how the X-ray is arranged, find out how dangerous dental caries is and how to properly brush the teeth. In the Fire Station children participate in a fire elimination and learn to behave in emergency situations. Each zone has its own scenario and qualified trainers make sure each child is involved, learns something new and determines his or her profession preferences.
