This is our 2nd stay at Tema 242 and we were not disappointed! As we were celebrating our wedding Anniversary we were given an stunning room, with views over the sea and mountains, with a wrap around balcony so also over the pool. Room was large and clean, had everything we needed. The pool and surroundings were lovely and very much needed in the souring temperatures, staff were friendly and helpful, even decorated our bed on our Anniversary. Breakfast i struggled with but this was due to personal choices, my husband and always ate well, hot options often not hot. Unfortunately some drunken guests became extremely Insulting and threatening towards some of the guests around the pool but management got involved straight away and removed them from the hotel within hours, whilst sometimes I'm ashamed to be British when these things happen, staff were on hand immediately to ensure all guests were looked after, which was very impressive and a great show of excellent customer service!! Highly recommended and look forward to our next visit to Tema 242 Hotel
