IC Hotels Green Palace & Villas - All inclusive

My family returned again to IC Green Palace after having had a great time last year. We booked the Lake Villa for 3 adults and 3 children. Airport transfer is included for the Lake Villa guests. When we arrived at the hotel, Nergis from guest relations greeted us with drinks, nuts and fruit. Check in was very smooth. All the staff at Mavi restaurant were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Staff members remembered us from last year, especially Adem who was very helpful when our airport transfer back was about 10 minutes late. Sultan at breakfast was always very friendly, as soon as we entered the restaurant, she started to make Mickey Mouse pancakes for the children. The restaurant was very accommodating, I am vegetarian and the chef made spinach pide (this was not on the menu). Also our flight was very early in the morning, the restaurant opens at 7am but they made concession for us and we were told that we could go at 6.45am. They also asked us to let them know what we wanted for packed lunch to take away (most hotels have standard packed lunch boxes prepared). Thank you to all the staff at Mavi restaurant. The Lake Villa consisted of 2 bedrooms and a living room, this is a swim up room which is a private swimming pool which is quite big. We loved this as it is very quiet. As Lake Villa guests, the buggy service was available to us, this was very useful with little children, the buggy driver Serkan was very helpful and friendly. Also for Lake Villa guests, there is a separate private beach which was an added bonus, the beach bar staff were also very hospitable, especially Omer and Mikail. Most days we had lunch at the snack bar, the service was very quick. Food was available throughout the day - fresh gozleme, churros and waffles. There were pastries in the main reception and café in the daytime. The guest relations Nergis and Maria messaged daily to ask if everything was good, this really made us feel special, this didn’t end there, both of them messaged us after we got back home to ensure that we had a great holiday and returned home safely. Tugce at the reception remembered me from last year and was very friendly and helpful. Nergis, Maria and Tugce always made time to chat to me every time I passed the reception. Nergis booked complimentary cabana on our last day, this meant a lot to me and my family as this was our first experience of a cabana. Thank you all for making our holiday memorable.
