Do not rent from Vitto (Vittorio) the Italian owner, he will keep your deposit and his rooms are dirty and messy, but you can rent any other condo at View talay 5 which is a very good building located in front of the sea. Very well maintained property and very clean, giant swimming pool and good restaurants in the premises.
