Very convenient as it is just a 5-10min walk from the Yilan City train station. Receptionists are friendly and willing to help. Rooms are pretty big! The bed was very comfortable :) However, the walls were very thin (most likely partition walls) as we could here our neighbour snoring! Thankfully we were so tired we knocked out after awhile. Bin Cheng doesn't have an in-house restaurant, but they do give out Mcdonald breakfast vouchers! Do take note of the timing on the voucher for certain breakfast deals! There is an old school authentic muah chee (mochi) shop just 2 mins away from Bin Cheng it is hard to miss due to the queue! Delicious and worth the wait. Overall, Bin Cheng was a pleasant surprise :)
