I would say it is very good nearly perfect except the check in took long time every thing was fine

While not the most comfortable bed we've slept in, the apartment the apartment itself was beautiful and clean, with the softest towels we've ever experienced while traveling. I myself am not the largest fan of digital keys to get into buildings/rooms, but the system worked well, and I have no complaints with it. The laundry facilities were plentiful and easy to use, which ended up being much needed. The building itself was easy to locate, but it is quite large inside so be sure to follow the maps around the place to easily locate your room. Communication with the company was very easy and pleasant, with very quick turnaround times. About a 15-minute walk from the Altstetten train station. Fair price for what you get. We would be happy to stay here again.

An outstanding stay…very nice modern and clean hotel in a great location.  Staff was very friendly and super helpful.  We will stay again next time we are in Zürich thank you!

Stay was really wonderful. The host explained us all the technology embedded inside our room and he was really friendly while answering all our questions.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the bathroom was large, we had a balcony with a table, and the living area was spacious. We also liked the kitchenette because we could save money by buying food at the grocery store and preparing it in the room. However, we did not like the lack of communication with the staff. There were two of us, but the room only came with one towel and we couldn’t find any staff to talk to get another towel. We had to go buy one. Also, the room doesn’t have air conditioning or a fan so it got pretty stifling so I had to go buy a fan. The property should provide fans in all the rooms.

The hotel is clean and spacious, but be aware that they have minimal staff and all the doors and lifts are operated on your phone.My phone wouldn't work the app. Luckily my wife's phone ran the app OK.Another thing to consider is the hotel is 2.5miles from city centre. We used a taxi when we arrived and it cost 50chf.A cheaper option is to get the no4 tram from Zurich HB to Alstetten rail station, or use train. We bought all day passes for 14chf each and they let you use trams buses local trains and even boats on the lake.

decent aparthotel, not sure it's much better than regular hotel suites in the area due to lack of basic amenities like salt/pepper and regular dishwashing soap and shampoo (but brush and sponge are provided incidentally). One dishwasher pod is provided for your entire stay and the limited coffee pods for the proprietary machine are not replenished and cannot be purchased at any local store. Cleaner did come during stay to remove dishes from the dishwasher from the previous stay. May be they should just supply a nespresso machine instead. This is a place that does and provides the absolute minimum for maximum cost savings. Honestly I get more for the same price elsewhere in the area

Overall, nothing terribly wrong with this property/stay. Not knowing the area upon booking, this location isn't very close to the downtown area or main central station. Definitely not the end of the world, but would've booked somewhere closer should I have known.The apartment was overall very clean. It had everything we needed during our stay. Definitely more of a vacation rental feel vs. a hotel. Another thing I didn't realize what that this seems to be an apartment building for young adults. Felt similar to a dorm, with the exception being we had our own bathroom and kitchen in the unit. Community spaces were shared. We had to walk through what appeared to be the common area to get to our room. The majority of times we walked through, there were dishes/food/drinks/etc. left out and seemed quite dirty. The access to the building and unit was done entirely via your phone. I personally found this very convenient and helpful. Took a minute or two to figure it out, but was very useful after that. Overall, I'd say if you're looking for more of a vacation rental/apartment style place to stay, this is a pretty good option. Just take into account the location.
