Hotel Jungfrau was the perfect place for our stay in Murren and Interlaken area,  The entire hotel staff was great to work with.  We had dinner at the hotel restaurant several nights and we were very pleased with the food and service!  It was great to open the window and see cows outside in pasture and  hear the cow bells!  So Switzerland!!! Definitely recommend the hotel.

Great choice

I stayed here as part of a Rick Steves Tour. All I can say is "WOW". The location is awesome. Your room will either have a view of the Alps or the mountains. I could hear cow bells from my room. No need for a/c. Just open your windows. The restaurant was very good. The rooms were very, very clean and comfortable. The staff was awesome. The location was perfect. You can just walk out your door and hike the alps. It has a pool but I did not check it out.

Amazing!!

I stayed (unfortunately) only one night at this 3-star hotel. The location is fantastic, 10 minutes from Lauterbrunnen train station and another 10 minutes from the other cableways. Located on one of the two main roads (non-traffic roads as cars cannot circulate), the hotel has a double exposure on a forest or towards the Jungfrau.

Relax and courtesy

We decided to get a selection from the menu as a take-away option and everything we selected was fantastic.... Dim sum dumplings, Satay chicken and beef skewers, glass noodles, chicken in coconut sauce, rice noodle soup. Delicious and authentic. We'll definitely order from them again. I highly recommend it.

Delicious food, loved it.

Murren is a special place. I have been coming for 34 years and it is perfect every time! The staff are so friendly and helpful, the skiing is fantastic and the restaurants are great. Can’t wait to come back.

Dad and daughter weekend!

Foreign service personnel can be hired at cheaper wages than domestic service personnel. Only if they can understand an order in High German at least correctly. Unfortunately, this is not the case. The apple macrons had absolutely no taste. And no, I didn't have a corona. The apple peas were served in a kind of plastic cup. There is still a lot of potential up there.

Service personnel and food underground

From the outside it speaks of a charm of the good old days, unfortunately, inside it's pretty halved and would have required some investment. But what was really disturbing was that the heating is turned off at night, bread, Gipfel and cheese at breakfast buffet were gone by 8:45 a.m., the reservation for dinner didn't work, just as much as the original online reservation on the hotel's own website.

Coming in the years, breakfast & restaurant 

Actually we are from Malaysia. After a long time been here and missed Malaysian food, Then we try the some food from Malaysia menu (garlic park choi and satay), it feel so great! Feel like we at Malaysia. It original Malaysia😘

Asian cuisine was great!

We were in fourth place at the Malaysian restaurant Hibiscus. WHEN we loved Asian cuisine, we wanted to try this restaurant. It was a huge flop! The food (garlic pak choi) was almost cold, unroasted, and extremely salty. The soybean salad was unpleasant, with too many spacies. The waiter Ricardo tried, and after confirming himself that the food was cold, he ordered a new one from the same dish. The food lasted about 30 minutes... We were told that the steamer had a problem... So the trip failed. Never again. The waiter tried and was ashamed of the bad kitchen, though. We were the only guests after 19:30!

I don't want to go there.

Out of all my travels this hotel is at the top of the list. Situated in the beautiful idyllic town of Murren among the Swiss Alps. The hotel has maintained its old world charm. It is simple yet the views are breathtaking from every window... even your restroom window. You can sit on the pot and admired the mountain peaks. The food was nothing memorable but I believe this is typical of the area. Make sure your travels lead you here!
