Strange review as I do not stay at this hotel BUT a very nearby hotel did not honour our booking and had no interest in assisting us find alternative rooms in a sold out town Luckily for us with the help of 2 of the Barmy Army ( England cricket supporters) Who took me round to the hotel They had the same issue the night before with the nearby hotel And had checked themselves into this one The very helpful person on desk was disgusted at the way the other establishment treats guests ...bookings and although she could not assist She made a call And within 15 minutes I was picked up and in my new accomodation for the 3 days So it's a big THANK you from me as I have no idea where I was to sleep that night If only all places that have tourists cared as much More so for non staying ones Also thanks 2 the Barry army for seeing the issue I was having and stepping in to assist
