We stayed just one night there since it was booked for the next few days but our expectations were exceeded. The place is simple yet extremely clean. Comfortable bed, cozy room, hot shower. To our surprise we had a dartboard in our room which occupied us for good 3 hours, making that night very memorable and fun! The owner was very helpful and genuinely a nice guy. If you considering staying there do not hesitate and just go for it!

I loved to stay at Friendly Home Stay because it was a friendly stay indeed. 
Both Thimira and his mum were incredible nice and the place was super clean and cozy.
I just have to add that I had the best food at their place, so make sure you order some food because it was by far the best I had while in Sri Lanka.

Lovely stay

just like the name, the owner is so nice and helpful. he is a young boy can speak good english. i too a taxi to this inn and he is there wating to pick up me. the location is not very easy to find , its in the mountain, but peaceful . and walk ten or 15 minutes will reach the town. the room is very clean and tidy. i love their blanket so much, it is warm and fluffy. at night it is really cold, the blanket helped me a lot. the owner has two dogs, so cute and naughty.the owner provided very useful information about how to enjoy the beauty of nuwara eliya. compare to the price, it is really worthy strong recommend. i will come again. no doubt.

We were 3 girls doing a bagpacktrip.
I think This homestay was the best we had on our trip. The hoster was very kind and did everything to make us feel comfortable. He speaks English very well, since he has been living in England for some years. Our room was beautiful! 
The food was also very good. You can have typical Sri Lankan but also european food. 
If you plan a trip to nuwara eliya, you can choose this homestay without any worries!!

My mother and I had a good time here in Thimira's friendly home stay. It is a nice place and Thimira is a good person who had offered lots of suggestions and helps to us about our trip in Lanka. The food here is good and it is near the town center, very convenient to take a tuk-tuk. Thanks again. 房东是当地人，一个年轻的小伙子，很守信用，安排好了一切，也帮我们订出租车帮我们砍价。离镇中心大概突突车5分钟的样子，还算挺方便的。如果不想出去吃东西也可以让房东准备伙食，提前说一下就行，早餐和炒面都挺好吃的。在出行其他方面，房东也会给建议，还是挺靠谱的~
