Great place to stay near Columbo Airport.  Nice pool.  Rooms large and comfortable with good air conditioning. Free breakfast was delicious and served by a very pleasant staff.  Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.  Highly recommend.

Great place - close to airport (around 20 minutes)

We stayed at that hotel for 2 nights, and was pretty good. The air conditioner is working very well, is close to the town and beach. Breakfast was okey, not in European standards. 
As a advice is not to book a driver from the hotel, because they are charging a lot. Is better to look for an Uber or Pickme



Hotel was overall fine, not as good as the pictures. 
Rooms were fine. 
The drain in the bathroom smelled bad.
The young guys working in the reception were really noisy, they had really loud techno music playing all day, and were just loud in generel. This was really annoying when relaxing by the pool.
Otherwise nice staff. 

Breakfast was ok. Internet was poor. 

Fine but with a few minuses

Room: Dirty sheers, towels still wet. Rooms smells of cigarette smoke. Shower doesn't work properly
Food: we asked a little bit of rice and vegetables for our 9 month old baby. They charged 1500 Rs (Eur 4,30)! 3 weeks Sri Lanka and we were never charged anything, let alone this much. Ordered the cheapest pizza (2500 Rs!), it was literally warmed up in the microwave. Soft dough with sour cheese.
Total ripoff

Filthy room, horrible food

We were a group of 9, checked in on 3rd Sep. I just wanted to share my experience at the hotel. 
1. The Hotel exterior and Interior is good.
2. Very Loud Music at night. The hotel took action at 2AM to stop the music.
3. After no sleep, morning breakfast was terrible. We each had 5 string hoppers and waited for a long time until the balance arrives. The staff said that it’s still cooking. But it never arrived. After complaining to the reservation agent, one of the staff ran to a nearby place and got us 4 Dose and 4 Idli (Indian Food). He said string hoppers are not available. After we had the first 5 string hoppers, we waited 45minutes for the remainders to arrive. 
The staff was not prepared for Breakfast at all. They clearly know how many guests are in house and the quantity to prepare for breakfast.
It’s a very bad experience.

Too Noisy and Bad Experience at B'fast

Dirty, bugs and no toilet paper available. We left after a few hours because of those reasons. 

Can’t really say it is a hotel without basic amenities like something to wipe yourself after using the toilet. 

I should report to the tourism board because it is pretty pathetic. 

Complaints were not address because I don’t think they speak or understand English very well. That’s fine but makes the situation even harder to resolve.

Bathroom was good.bed is very comfortable.fair price.didn't recieved welcome drink.nothing special but not bad.food is ok.they have only room service theese days.i had worst chicken main course in my life.it's super dry and no taste.other things is regulary ok.

Nice clean room

Like many others, we stayed here on our first night in Sri Lanka after a long day of flying. The beds were really comfy, and the room was clean. The bathroom in our room was hot, but it wasn't a huge issue. We didn't have time to try the pool or restaurant but the pool looked very inviting. The hotel is a short walk from the beach and a busy street with restaurants, taxi services etc - had we realised this we would have gone there to organise a driver for the next few days (instead of using one we found online). I don't know if this is usual but the quote I was given by the hotel for a driver to Kandy was much higher than prices elsewhere. Overall good value for money.

Good night's sleep

The room in front of the pool was very comfotable: good bed, efficient airco, nice bathroom. It was a 10 minutes walk to the main road with all the restaurants. We ate one night out of four in the hotel and is was OK. Breakfast was good and the girl who served it was very friendly and efficient. However she was absent on our last day and the girl who took over was neither.
In general it was a good stay in a boutique-style hotel with very nice and good pool.
Most people stay only 1 or maximum 2 nights, 4 was perhaps a bit long for Negombo.

Nice place to start or to finish

Really clean hotel, pretty rooms and good athmosphere. Stayed here for two nights after arriving in Sri Lanka. Gives time to cool down. Really kind staff, helpful in any way. We would definitely come back again. Also really good restaurant at the rooftop. 👍
