We had a 10 day aryuvedic retreat at beautiful ocean of life. The rooms are facing the beach, are clean and cosy. Rawi, who was looking after us during our stay, is the soul of this place. He is very helpful and make you feel like home. They treated us with great aryuvedic food (had the best curry and dahl of our trip im Sri Lanka + best fish ever) and tried to make our stay special. It felt like a small family. The treatments were amazing, the people very skilled. Some of them have been doing aryuvedic treatments for more than ten years, like Sanath and Udani. Everyone of the Massage-Team is very good. They do their jobs with great care and love! Also the Doctor is very kind and has an extraordinary knowledge. Hopefully we will return soon.
