We stumbled upon this quaint little place and decided to eat there. We are so glad we did the food was the best we had on our trip to Sri Lanka. My husband had the seafood curry and he was blown away with it. He was gutted we were leaving the following day so he could not return. I had the vegetable wraps and they were delicious. Hats off to the chef

We stayed in Galle for 4 nights and, after our first try, we had meals only here. The seafood is simply delicious! The prices are affordable, the place looks nice! The staff is friendly, looks like it is a family business.

Rasika, her family and staff became good friends while we were staying in Galle Fort.  Fort Inn Rrstaurant very quickly became our favourite eating place. We thoroughly recommend Fort Inn Restaurant for the lovely people and the fantastic food.

As we roamed the streets of Galle Fort looking for a bite for lunch, we stumbled across Fort Inn Restaurant. Lovely, quant little bistro-style place. The service was very friendly and smiley. I decided to have the Sri Lankan-style club sandwich. I wish I had taken a photo of it, it was immense. It had roast chicken, ham, egg, tomato and lettuce, with a sauce I couldn't identify. All sandwiched between four slices of bread and with a side of fries. I highly recommend this lovely restaurant if you're in Galle Fort. 

We randomly found this place as we were feeling some western food. The staff were very nice and the food are unexpectedly great! The pasta and soup were amazing! Love this place. Very chill and lovely. 

We really enjoyed our two night stay in the Fort Inn guest house. The owners family were extremely welcoming and accommodating! The room was spacious and clean and superbly positioned within the Galle Fort. Recommended.

The location right inside the fort is amazing. The rooms are small but the aircon works. We loved being here mainly because the owner is just too sweet. Also it is very affordable. Very good for staying a few days if you wanna explore galle.

I booked at the Fort Inn, but was interested in a room with a lot of natural light. The lady who owns the place said I might like their other place around the corner, Secret Palace, as it had a balcony, lots of light, so forth. I did like the room. It was a small, but ample for me. The shower was one of those groovy rain shower types, had hot water, soap. The king size bed was really comfortable, AC worked, owners and staff were so nice and helpful, the room was very clean, the hotel is close to restaurants and shops, and I liked the fact that the room had a balcony. Would stay here again.

Located in the beautiful neighborhood of Galle, i spent two night at Fort Inn guesthouse.
The hosts are nice and make you feel just like home.
The room is big and the toilet is clean.
The internet is also good and you can enjoy the balcony overtopping Galle’s beautiful breeze at night!

On our last night in Galle, my group of friends and I were charmed by this little, unassuming restaurant. The owners were very nice and the food was delicious. I would especially recommend the sea food curry and the dahl curry - a little spiced, but one of the best meals we’ve had in Sri Lanka. The curd and honey, which we’ve had pretty much every day since we’ve been here, is also really good.
Would definitely recommend.
