Room was big & clean. The bathroom was clean with basic amenities. We met one staff & he was friendly & helpful. They haven't a generator & that was a disadvantage in power cut season. They had a small parking area & it was an advantage in Unawatuna Area.
Only 3-5 min walk to the famous Unawatuna Beach. They had a tasty basic type of breakfast. Recommended the place for foreigners who stay long period.

“Very pleasant welcoming and helpful family hosts! We spent a very good day in this house. We had at our disposal the entire first floor together with the fully equiped kitchen and living room. There is big and beautiful garden just opposite the house full of beautiful plants and fruit trees - we enjoyed the view from the terrace on the third floor of the house and ate the froots from the garden:)) The breakfast was delicious and very hearty! One of the best stay during our long trip

Lovely guest house at a great price just a 5 min shaded walk from the local beach, where you can find all the beachside hotels and restaurants. Those back on to the main road, so this spot is more removed and quiet, away from road noise. Large bedroom, very welcome air con and bar fridge, decent sized bathroom, balcony, all clean and presentable. Common areas too, so great for groups. Staff were lovely and helpful, and they organised for a family member's restaurant to deliver the most fabulous curry dinner. Travel locally by TukTuk. There's daily hatha yoga in the nearby village, in a very basic but charming setting. BYO matt, unless you don't mind ragged ones! Fun to trawl the shops and enjoy Sri Lanka's famed tea.

Big room, helpful staff

Nice big rooms, 5 mins walk from beach, clean and tidy. No view of beach as I think the building site with oversized hotel has taken it. Shame as will spoil the whole area as stands out like a saw thumb. Breakfast was ok. No fruit bit do a mixed fruit smoothie.

Near to the beach, very large room room, super clean, very friendly staff. Far enough from the busiest area but only 10 minutes walking from there. Perfect place to rest and go to unawatunna beach or jungle bech
