Excellent service and very friendly staff. I've been staying here for more than two years and I've had a great experience at both the place and with the people. Dorms and rooms are clean and the stay is comfortable. Nice place to hang out too. Food is also great

My recent stay at Clock Inn Dehiwala was an absolute delight. The hotel location and exceptional service made it a memorable experience from start to finish.

Upon arrival, the welcoming staffs Akash and Dara made me feel right at home. I arrived late at the night and check-in process was quick and smooth.Also they were giving me suggestions about my dinner for the night which is very thoughtful of them.

The room was spacious ,clean and well decorated, bed and pillows are so comfortable and that makes me sleep like a baby through out the stay.The bathroom is like a half of the room size, shower area is seperated with glass doors.

The breakfasts is excellent with a choice of continental and some local foods with fresh fruits, Juice and serials.Sangeedhaan is always will be there at live cooking station with a big smile to help you.The only suggestion I have is to have a cold milk during breakfast time.
I really enjoyed the garden out side of the room where where you can enjoy complimentary coffee and tea through out the day .

The housekeeping staffs, Neris , Kogul and Sagar is so friendly and always will be there to assist with a big smile. Specially Neris,he will always greeted with a big smile.

Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was attentive and accommodating, making my experience even more enjoyable.

In conclusion, Clock Inn Dehiwala exceeded my expectations. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend this charming hotel for a wonderful getaway. I can't wait to return for another stay in the future.

Home away from home 

We recently stayed at this hotel where we choose to celebrate our anniversary, it was the perfect place for us as all health & safety measures were of high standards.  The room was spacious well cleaned and sanitized .Our whole stay was relaxing enjoyable and for sure we will be staying here on our next visit as we enjoyed the atmosphere very much. We would like to specially mention about" Shiva" at the front desk who dealt with our booking to the point of checking he is very knowledgeable, friendly and had great customer service. 
Although the   departure was a bit unsatisfying , as when I requested for a late checkout until 1pm I , was informed by the front desk (lady) that I have to pay half the room rate just for an additional half hour as she offered me the departure time until 12.30pm which sounds  a bit crazy as the arrival time says 2pm LCO could be charged if the client exceeds this timings . Would appreciate if the management could consider the above request as it could be managed case by case. Overall we were so happy with the service , staff and the hotel.



Great Place for Relaxation 

The entire stay at the hotel was amazing. Brilliant  service! The team was so amicable. They made sure I got what I wanted! I was so happy. The rooms were comparatively huge and I loved everything about it. I had a few changes that had to be made over the booking period. The manager was very kind to have helped me throughout. Overall I’d rate them 11/10 if I could 🙈♥️

Twas Amazing!

Clock in Dehiwala has been one of the favorite places to relax and enjoy the silent nature while experiencing one of the best hospitality in Colombo. From the Manager to even the one who tidied the room, every person greets with a smile and welcomes you with a smile. Perfect for its value in terms of quality, cleanliness, hygiene and being organized. 
I most certainly will recommend this place coz if it’s warm hospitality. With a blend of both individual rooms and dorms, they certainly will accommodate you to your expectations. 

Paul and the rest of the team, thank you so much for everything and I hope the standards and quality will remain and be maintained the same always.

Home away from home.

Best inn in town! Clock inn Dehiwala is like home away from home. Clean amenities, great location and good value for money. We have been frequent customers as the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Special mention to Paul as he manages the place and does a brilliant job of it ! Best service for an inn in Sri Lanka and would highly recommend anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Colombo.

Excellent Service & best inn in town !

We have been coming here for over a year and we wanted a normal check-in and a late check-out of few hours to which we happily agreed to pay extra, Mr. Paul the manager, is charging us the cost of 2 days for the late check-out of few hours.  will not be coming again to be ripped off like this. I work in the travel industry and I know how hotels work and this is absurd. Please find elsewhere to stay. Don't be ripped off.
There are enough and more affordable and worth places to stay in colombo.

Charged extra for late checkout (cost of 2 days)!!

I thought that my stay would be just like every other stay, i.e. check in and spend a couple of nights and leave! To my surprise, from the day I began my stay, I didn't want to leave! 
My plan was to stay a couple of nights and leave, but, I couldn't do that and didn't want to, as Clock Inn Dehiwala, is worth every last penny. 
From the room to the service to every little detail of the place, was absolute perfection! 
The rooms are facilitated with A/C, a comfy bed, a TV and a lovely toilet.
The staff at the Clock Inn are really friendly, very hard working and dedicated to their jobs individually. 
The manager "Paul", the day receptionist, "Sakina" and the night receptionist "Shivanesh" are extremely helpful, courteous, willing and able to help/ assist you with whatever your requirements are!
I would like to commemorate each and every one of the staff with great service, hard work, courage, commitment and dedication to the hotel and its guests! 
"THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH FOR THE MOST AMAZING, UNFORGETTABLE STAY!! WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK HERE!!"

A SUPRISINGLY HOMELY, HOSPITABLE STAY!!

We stayed here for two days Love this place, Best inn in the town and great value for the money. Great amenities and location, Clean rooms and friendly staff, free parking, internet,
breakfast and drinks staying here was very pleasant definitely we will be back.

Very easy going staff, shiva was the counter manager was being so help.ful. room was very cleaned, need to be  improve much more cleaner bed linen. and if they can provide hot water will be good. central ocation for all the amenities. takeway shop was very closed,
