The two at the front desk( the lady and the gen) are very very rude.replied very angrily when we ask for the notice on the bathroom wall that was mentioning not to use the hot water tap. disgusting and surprised by his rude and angry reply.  Bathroom was smelling so bad and the bed sheets and pillow cases are so dirty that we thought they were not washed at all. I will never go there again or recommend this to anyone.

Nothing like the photographs shown. Terrible place unfriendly service. So poorly maintained. Will not recommend any one even for a short stay. As we came in had to weight for more than half an hour for them to prepare the room which was pre booked and it was way passed the check in time.

Easy access to Ruwanweli Maha Seya and all other places.
Food is good , reasonable prices, helpful staff. clean and comfy rooms.
Only thing is the access road is like abandon at night from the Puththalam Road Side

Decent Place to Stay and Easy Access

We stayed in this property for only one night and it's a value for money. Located near the Thisa wewa and easily accessed from the road along Wessagiriya. Room is clean and spacious. it would be nicer if they can provide chairs to balcony as well. Food are not allowed inside the room. We faced a difficulty in flushing the toilet and with the hot water shower. Care taker is a kind person. Food are tasty and I could say overall experience is average.

One night stay!

Absolutely amazing place! After one week of traveling this was the perfect place to relax for us. We stayed here 2 nights, and visited the tempels and took some time to chill in the very clean and well airconditioned room. We would recommend this place to anyone. WiFi also worked perfectly. Simpel delicious food available for fair prices (also serving beer), a beautiful garden  (including peacocks, squirrels, birds, waterlillies, etc) and of course the Lake right there to walk or bicycle around, beautiful sunsets included ;) We experienced some powercuts, but the owner helped us out with an extra lamp etc. Very very Nice and easygoing people. Hope to be back some day!

Amazing quite and beautiful stay

We’re a group of 4 that booked 2 rooms. Hosts were excellent!  Good food, clean comfy rooms, very affordable, friendly staff. Got a nice letter from owner wishing us well on the next leg of our trip. Absolutely recommended!

Great hospitality

Really enjoyed our stay at Sudunelum place. They were really friendly and welcoming. Delicious breakfast , more than we could eat. Well located for getting to and from the secret city. Really clean and large room withgood bathroom as well hot water, A/C, Wifi available. Highly recommend really good value..

Nice Hotel Stay in Anuradhapura

This accomodation was chosen by our driver, we were were quite impressed with the room for the price we paid. The accomodation is new, very clean and set on some Land with large trees, allowing the children space to play outside. Sitting on the balcony we watched squirrels running around and spotted numerous birds. The owners were very welcoming and the breakfast was great. Out the front gate is the lake which is a nice stroll.
