Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has reduced reception and service operating hours. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a charge of EUR 30. Check-in later than 02:00 is not possible. The cost of electricity in the apartment will be a maximum of 15kW/day. If it is exceeded, the difference must be paid at the end of the stay.
