Perfect location everything is within walking distanceThe apartment could use some maintenance and the touch of a stylist

Net, it is just a beautiful property located in a beautiful place.  My family loved it!

A perfect stay for families with children. Wonderfully located near the Alfalfa District, you have access to all the amazing bars, restaurants, and shopping within a 5 -minute walk. The apartment was spacious and made our family stay a joy!

Do not stay here. First the advertisement is incorrect. There is no bar and lounge. This is not a hotel with a front desk. There is no one waiting for you when you arrive. You have to call and wait for someone to show up to give you they keys and a tour of your apartment. No elevators in the building. Here the second floor is the third floor in USA. The front door works by a code that often fails. We were given 3 keys on a key chain. One of them we were told they were not sure what they were for. Therefore it could be hard to tell if anyone else has a key to your room. There is a washer with no dryer so you have to hang clothes to dry. 
We left the place and lost our money we just could not stay here. 
The room was clean but the security and front door access was unacceptable.

A big mistake in our Europe vacation

My husband and my son stayed in the Apartamentos Puerta de San Esteban in Sevilla for 4 nights.  The location is amazing, right from a movie set!  The apartment was very spacious, clean, well decorated and inviting, with 2 windows that opened to balconies to the beautiful streets of Sevilla.  It was very hot in Sevilla, and the air conditioner cooled off the apartment in minutes upon returning back to the apartment. Thanks for a great say in beautiful Sevilla!

Great location, beautiful and clean!

Good sized and clean apartments very well maintained and fully equipped. On our first night there, an awful smell of petrol or diesel from downstairs did not allow us to use the A/C but the next day it was solved and all went well. The location is literally a 10 minute walk from everywhere and the traffic noise was not a big deal with the double windows. We recommend and we will definitely be back when in beautiful Seville.

Good apartments in great location

This is very crowded area but Mrs. Maria helped too much about parking. We have parked our car easily close to our hotel during our vacation. Thanks again for this.
And also, this place is in a very good point. We were very close to most famous areas such as Sevillie Cathadrel by walk.

Our apartment, which was on the third floor to the rear of the building,  was a little bit too small and dark for my liking. In the living room and kitchen it was necessary to have the light on early morning and evening.  There is also quite a steep stairs to the upper level apartments, and it gets even steeper as you head for the roof terrace. I agree the terrace could do with a little sprucing up, and the views are not as amazing as appear on the website. On the plus side, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the noise levels were minimal. The apartment is in a good location for visiting the historic center of Seville. All the sights are within relatively easy walking distance.

Good Location but Apartment fell short

Yes the appartments are in a very central location, but driving around to find them (even with Satnav was very stressful). Also I was under the impression that paid parking was available - the owner put pressure on us to arrive at a certain time and seemed to be in a rush for us to dump our luggage off and drive off (albeit with map provided) to find somewhere to park outside the city. This was a stressful start to our stay, especially as the hire car got damaged over night in the carpark! The appartment was spacious, but a few simple DIY jobs ie light fittings and general finish would have improved it.Also lacked local info.
