Have stayed several times at these apartments, they are very basic but very clean & peaceful. The gardens & swimming pool are all well kept. The family are very friendly & it's close to the beach. I recommend it.

Great 

We have stayed at Apartamentos Mar Bella many times over the years it must be close to 20 years and always found great value for money. But this year was not great. Can't fault the accommodation it was as clean as ever as was the pool.
But since the Mar Bella restaurant was under new management the staff from there have moved up to the apartments. We struggled to understand how it took so many in the office but then not much went on apart from smoking talking on their mobiles.
We were a party of 8 in two 2 bed apartments. We requested a full size cot for the young child with us we were provided with the same wooden crib that we had the previous year. The crib was far too small for the child when we told them in the office that it was unsuitable and not what we requested even showing them a picture of a travel cot this was met with a shrug of shoulders and saying its the same.
  Reluctantly we had to hire a suitable cot at our own expense.
The only one who worked hard was the cleaner who has been their many years and did a fantastic job considering her work load.
All in all the indifferent attitude of the women in the office we have decided not to return again which will be sad as we have had many a happy stay over the years I'm sure the owner would be fuming if she was aware as what went on.

Standards are slipping will be our last time at Mar Bella

Stayed here for many years as we felt so welcome by all the Ferrer family.  Clean comfortable and set back from the noise and action but only a short walk to Marbella Restaurant on the beach.  Nice pool and no need for a car.

Great Family Run apartments

Probably one of the nicest cleanest places we have stayed in. Bungalows are lovely.  With separate bedroom .  Kitchen more than ample Rooms cleaned daily Location in ideal spot staff very helpful and friendly.

we took advantage of a cheap flight for a relaxing break in the sun and the apts  mar bella were just the ticket this 12 room block family run business could not be more cleaner or welcoming no panic for sun loungers and bro;;ies there was enough for all aroround a pleasant pool the peace and quiet was only broken by the local cockrel who woke us up in the mornings followed by a walk down the lane to auntie place for breakie on the beach this is a great value for money holiday apts

relaxing break

Stayed at Mar Bella again this summer had been a while since we last stayed due to various factors but it was great to return and see Rafael still tending the pool each day. The apartments won't appeal to everyone but having stayed four or five times in the past we new what we were getting.right near the centre of Es Cana but far enough away that you are not disturbed by noise once you turn in for the night. The pool is plenty big enough for the number of guests enough sun beds despite this the towels were there waiting for the rest of the late risers but happens everywhere. The apartments a functional for self catering although we dine out in the numerous local restaurants . The apartments are cleaned ever other day with towel change.
There are a couple of supermarkets a short walk away to stock up with the basics.
  We were spoilt with great weather and can't wait to be back next year we are planning.
