Like every three out of five review there are positives and negatives. First the positives , Staff were super friendly and always greeted us when we past by, pool area was spotless and the the poolside beds were new and comfortable. 
On the negative side the WI-FI was awful definitely needs upgraded. While the towels were renewed every three or four days it was day nine before the bedsheets were changed.  There was nothing apart from a small brush and pan to clean the floors, the apartments needed to be better equipped

Not bad but room for improvement

Budget accomodation with basic facilities, perfect for friends or couples who are not really bothered in spending time inside the room.
We didn't get room service in the whole stay ( 4nights) even though we asked for it.
We had to get toilet paper, bin bags and towels ourselves during our stay there.
The staff at reception were a bit sour and not really communicative or helpful, huge lack of customer service.
They only had a couple of hairdryers and irons for the whole place.
If you are looking for a budget accomodation with pool on site, few minutes walking distance to the beach and supermarket and restaurants.... That's the perfect place!
If you have high expectations, forget about it.


You get what you pay for

We were on lock down the next morning but where still made to fill welcome they kept there sun beds out for us even though we could not use the pool helped us with all we needed priceless very clean and friendly place thank you

Very clean

Second stay here and again found staff nice and friendly, ok, reception only open few hours a day and we arrived outside the open hours but a nice gent greeted us gave us the key and asked us very politely to return to reception to check in later, yes the room furniture is a bit dated but it’s Huge apartment spotlessly clean with comfy beds constant hot water so shower/bath anytime utensils adequate Pool was very clean loads of sun beds about 50 sun beds no need to towel drop lol Reading other reviews I am surprised at the problems people had we had no such issues 
This is a budget stay close to all the fun and amenities of playa del ingles if you want top notch then stay at the RIU opposite and pay 10 times as much We will defo be returning Thank you Fayna for making our February  get away great (oh ok the alcohol and fun at Yumbo had something to do with it) Mike and Samuel xx

Great little quiet place

This was our second visit to the Appartments this time having a double bedroom, clean enough but the lighting is dim and grim. I received an electric shock from the hob and fell on the hard floor breaking two ribs, the management didn't check it out and no apologies. So not to be recommended on this occasion.

Disappointed

We have stayed in playa del Ingles a few times now and have to say that this is a great apartment block. Close to all amenities. Beach is a 10 min walk. Supermarket around the corner. The apartments are clean tidy and spacious with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Quiet street too. It's no frills and a little dated but very cheap so if you want luxury then this isn't for you. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would be very happy to book again

Cheap and cheerful

we spent here 10 nights and I could not say nothing bad. Close to sea, two shopping centres, near bus stop. but was one very strange thing, in lounge we founded just one socket and one more in toilet. this apartment have not wifi in shared areas, if you want to have wifi you must to buy it, for 7 days wifi we paid 27 euros.

good not big apartment

I was not expecting anything great from this hotel. It was a last minute booking and very reasonably priced. The pool was very clean with plenty loungers around. The room was clean and had the basic self catering facilities.

Pleasantly surprised

First arrived at 8:30pm to no reception but a number on the front door. Rang the number 5 times and no answer even a local Spanish couple who didn’t speak any English tried helping me still no answer.. 21:45 I finally got through to the number were a security guard let me in and gave me my key... no lighting in the corridors pitch black got into the apartment (see pictures below) bathroom was disgusting and when I complained I got nothing worst place to stay will not return!!!

Awful apartment

On arrival was greeted by Rachel at reception, a very polite friendly lady. Very quickly checked into room 445. Lovely clean spacious room, bed lovely and comfy. Enough crockery and utensils for us 2.  Daily cleaned/towels changed  and beds made. Fabulous staff very helpful good knowledge of things to do and venues to visit even knowing prices of taxis/buses fares. Rooms had sunshine from rise to set every day boiling hot great loved it. Pool and Jacuzzi cleaned daily.  Spotless fair play.
Very good central location near to Yumbo,  Cita and the beech, with a Grocery shop just few mtrs on corner of road.  
My husband and I visited both entertainment areas but, preferred the warm friendly atmosphere at the "Westfalia" cafe bar. "Cita" The owner Adrian is so welcoming and always had a smile when seeing you.  Also Asa' the Fabulous entertainment for the evening often accompanied by supporting artist the difference between there and .Yumbo was they actually sang there instead of mime acts, also more friendly and family like. there is a waiter there who also is great but didnt catch his name.  We will deffinitily be going back there next year, it can't come quick enough for us as we had such a fabulous time.  Thank you to all who made us feel so welcome.
