During our nights stay the owners couldn’t do enough to help and make us very welcome. Room was very cleaned and comfortable. Can’t fault this place. Would stay again. Breakfast was more than enough and best one we have had during our many stays throughout our holiday. 

Welcoming and very friendly. 

We spent a night here on our way back to Santander for the ferry after 6 weeks in Spain. It was the perfect end to our trip. A lovely, quirky place, with the warmest of welcomes, and most helpful staff. The room was delightful, and the breakfast superb. 
It is a short walk to the beach and town, about 10 minutes at most. 
We have already decided to return here on our next trip. Great value.

The hostess is charming, the room is comfortable and quiet, the bar is just what is needed and the sitting porch is very cool and nice. We had a memorable late afternoon and evening here after walking a long time. The location is definitely in a quiet neighborhood away from noise, bars, town and the beach but we had a lovely time here with charming hosts.

Location is not near town in a residential area but the rooms and service are great!

Wonderful place, excellent experience, reasonable rates. I was a guest at Las Vinas for almost a week in August 2018. It was my daughter’s wedding and between the two families we had most of the rooms occupied with relatives and friends, on all three floors. My wife and I had the bedroom on the top floor, which was very comfortable, with plenty of storage room and a bathroom. The kids above, in a lovely loft with two more beds, another bathroom and a mini fridge. We were all very comfortable. Very clean facility - everywhere. 
Location is wonderful, a very short walking distance from the center and the beach. Fresh air, beautiful scenery, close enough, but not in the middle of the busy downtown area. Breakfast is fantastic. Delicious bread and croissant, fruits, juices, coffees brewed to order, a wonderful experience. The outdoor covered areas were so convenient and comfortable for a quick break, cocktail, stop between walks or rides, a meeting place.
I must thank the staff, so friendly, courteous and helpful. Yolanda, Manu, Alejandra and Johana. They were always there to offer any assistance, and they were always interested in what they could do to make our stay better. Thank you so much for your kindness, patience and hospitality. You truly impressed all of us, and I definitely look forward to going back soon. 

Lugar maravilloso, excelente experiencia, precios razonables. Fui invitado en Las Vinas durante casi una semana en agosto de 2018. Era la boda de mi hija y entre las dos familias teníamos la mayoría de las habitaciones ocupadas con parientes y amigos, en las tres plantas. Mi esposa y yo teníamos la habitación en el último piso, que era muy cómoda, con mucho espacio de almacenamiento y un baño. Los niños arriba, en un loft encantador con dos camas más, otro baño y una mini nevera. Todos estábamos muy cómodos. Instalaciones muy limpias, en todas partes.
La ubicación es maravillosa, a una corta distancia a pie del centro y la playa. Aire fresco, hermosos paisajes, lo suficientemente cerca, pero no en el medio del ajetreado centro de la ciudad. El desayuno es fantástico. Delicioso pan y croissant, frutas, zumos, cafés elaborados a pedido, una experiencia maravillosa. Las áreas cubiertas al aire libre eran tan cómodas y cómodas para un descanso rápido, un cóctel, una parada entre caminatas o paseos, un lugar de reunión.
Debo agradecer al personal, tan amable, cortés y servicial. Yolanda, Manu, Alejandra y Johana. Siempre estuvieron allí para ofrecer asistencia, y siempre estuvieron interesados en lo que podrían hacer para mejorar nuestra estadía. Muchas gracias por su amabilidad, paciencia y hospitalidad. Realmente nos impresionó a todos, y definitivamente espero volver pronto.

Wonderful experience

We were only here for 1 night and the weather was not on our side but we thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality of Yolanda our hostess in her charming B&B. Spacious rooms with a comfortable bed with country views and a generous breakfast. Easy walk to the town and the beach even in indifferent weather.  Would have loved to have stayed longer and had explored the area and made use of the very comfortable lounge.
