As a family of two adults, a teenager and a small dog, we are very happy with this hotel. It was our second stay at that hotel. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and very clean. We did not eat breakfasts at the hotel this time but we had it last time, and it was decent. Location is perfect, basically in the centre of Madrid. Close to metro and local trains. Hotel is pet friendly and dogs receive a bed and trays for food and water. If we come back to Madrid again we will defend use this hotel.
