Reception staff tried to help as much as possible.
What was bad
We booked this hotel for the pool only, we arrived on 16th September to be told the pool is closed from the 15th September until June, which zen hotels should have stated on their website upon booking as we would of booked elsewhere. We added the dinner to be told we need to use the sister hotel across the way again should have been stated upon booking. We have nothing to do in this hotel from Sep
