The food was excellent and lots of choices…..and it was hot. 

My room was immaculate. My bed linen changed after only three days and I received clean room towels regularly. 

The whole atmosphere of the hotel is relaxed. 
So much so, that this is the first hotel, since being widowed age 49, fifteen years ago, that I would comfortably return for a two week stay.

Most enjoyable ever

Enjoying a lovely stay at this lovely hotel. The rooms are immaculate. The food is excellent. The pool area has beautiful views and is an excellent size for swimming lengths.  
 All the bar/restaurant staff are efficient and very friendly . They are a credit to Tui.   
Special mention for Violetta the lifeguard/first aider who was amazing when I slipped and grazed my shin.  She cleaned and dressed the wound for three days.
Also  shout out to the fabulous Joel and the entertainment team.   Working hard at looking after the guests. Great personality. 
A super holiday all round.

High standards, top class hotel.

There is nothing to fault about this hotel
Fantastic location, extremely friendly and helpful staff, very high standard of cleanliness both in bedroom and public areas.
Food is buffet with a huge choice. I'm a vegetarian and it it the best choice of food I have ever had in a hotel (including 5 star). Very imaginative menu- no need for cheese, salad and omelette every night!
They are trying to regulate the issue of people reserving sunbeds and there is a rule that if your bed is not occupied for an hour, then towels will be removed. However didn't really see this being enforced. There are plenty of sunbeds but a minority are selfishly flouting the rules.

Overall its excellent and will definitely go again

3rd visit. Never disappoints. Love this hotel. Perfect room and incredible sea view. The highlight again was the food. Extensive buffet for breakfast and evening, beautifully presented and top quality stuff. All staff friendly, happy, and efficient. No problem getting sunbeds. Good WiFi. We will return.

Another perfect visit

We returned for New Year Celebrations at the TUI BLUE Hotel in Los Gigantes and the Hotel was excellent with extremely welcoming staff with superb facilities . The variety of food on self service and kitchen was excellent. The entertainment was also excellent each night following games shows. Its highly recommended. The TUI staff organizes trips around the island which are exceptional.

Nelson & Gabriel in the downstairs BAR by the pool
Leny the Cleaner that kept our room so clean & tidy

A wonderful Hotel

Fantastic stay at the Tui Blu Los Gigantos. We had a room on the 4th floor overlooking the pool area and sea view. Can not criticise any aspect of this hotel the rooms are spacious and kept very clean ( we opted to have the beds made every other day which resulted in a refund of €45 at end of stay ) the food is of a very high standard here and a great variety of dishes at every session to suit all dietary requirements.
The pool bar for food at lunchtime is also great value with large portions
A mention must go to Christian and Jeanette in the restaurants always taking time to chat with guests and always a smile. Every member of staff should be praised at the hotel 

Location is in a small harbour resort very quiet but lot's around to do and a  great walk down to the small harbour with a couple of bars and restaurants there and a few good shops

If you are looking for a great breakaway in Tenerife to chill out this is the place.. you won't be disappointed 

Fantastic Few Days Chill Out

We have had the best holiday! The hotel is stunning and very clean! Our bedroom was a sea view room and wow the views were incredible! Our room was spotless and spacious. The food in the restraunt was also amazing super friendly staff and they couldn’t have done more for the guests! Special mention to Nelson he is a credit to the hotel we have been here for a week and everytime we have been served by him he has gone above and beyond! The location is great if you want to experience the island but not too far from the touristy places. The TUI guides helped us get to Siam Park really easy to get to. The actual town however had plenty to do stunning restaurants and you MUST go the ice cream shop “Berry’s” by the harbour! Can not fault this hotel thank you very much to all the staff for making our time enjoyable🥰

Best Hen party💜

This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in bedrooms superb..massive beds. The staff were excellent in every area..especially Christian in the restaurant.  The Reps were extremely helpful. Entertainment good
The food is excellent. I cannot fault it. Definitely recommend this place .

One of the best hotels

We stayed for a week here and have to say its the best hotel we have ever stayed at.  Couldn't fault a thing, room was very spacious,  spotlessly clean and the water and cava in the fridge was a lovely welcome.  We arrived late due to delayed flight but the hotel laid on food for us which was very welcome. 
The food is the best we've tasted in a hotel, with lots of variety.  The activities laid on during the day were excellent,  we took the yoga and pilates classes each day. There are plenty of free activities laid on by the hotel and the wine tasting was excellent.   Situated in a perfect place for bars etc we will definitely go back, but this time for longer as 7 days is not enough 😁.
The staff here go the extra mile to make your holiday perfect and they are all a credit to the hotel.
