Hostess was friendly and very kind.  Enjoyed her and her husbands helpfulness.Hospitality was tops!!  Rooms were clean. Staff and service was friendly!  Enjoyed the gardens and birds. Would highly recommend this hotel 

Excellent

Juliana and Harry are the best. We stayed over to attend our mother's funeral and were at home the moment we stepped inside. Juliana collected us from the Gautrain and even stopped at our childhood home so we could look around. After the funeral our family and friends were treated to a delightful spread on the awsome balcony with amazing views. We were again dropped off at the Gautrain. Be sure to have a proper look around the house and marvel at the fabulous furniture, antiques and artwork, most of which were painted by Juliana! Thank you Juluana and Harry for a wonderful stay. Spectacular views and superb service.

Thank you very much to Juliana and Harry for a wonderful stay at Mont Paradiso. Nothing was to much trouble for them or for their friendly, helpful staff. We were even welcomed by their 2 dogs! We were picked up at the Gautrain and all our needs were met, once we arrived at the guesthouse. Furthermore Juliana arranged a very special function for us on their beautiful balcony, with an incredible view over Pretoria, to celebrate our mother's life! Mont Paradiso is not affected by load shedding as they are off the grid, which make it a great pleasure to stay there. If you feel like getting out of your room, you can safely walk on the hiking trails in the mountain behind the guesthouse. After our stay we were again dropped at the Gautrain. Beautiful guesthouse with a breathtaking view!

Very clean, lovely area and view, very hospitable hosts. Like a home away from home and I will advise anyone visiting Pretoria to stay here. Food are great. Also easy to find. The swimming pool is an extra plus on the warm days.

Mont Paradiso Excellent

What a wonderful and relaxing holiday I had as I visited Mont Paradiso. Coming from America, I did not know exactly what to expect. This was beyond my expectations. Lovely room, exquisite breakfast and wonderful staff. They did a good job of taking care of me, doing my laundry and arranging rides. The value was beyond believable. Reasonably priced and well worth the time and money.

Paradise in Pretoria

I really enjoyed being at mont paradiso.. Friendly staff, good food.. Loved the views from the pool side.. I am goinv back on the 14th till 18th of this month... Thats is the place to use when you are in Pretoria.. 

Best service

Very good service, and friendly helpful staff. Stunning location with clean and spacious rooms. We enjoyed the pool area as well as  the view from the pool area. Can definitely recommend when travelling in Pretoria. 

I enjoyed my stay.  This is a real  friendly guesthouse which has great service and a good atmosphere.  The rooms are  are really clean well maintained and and up to scratch.  Staff really friendly and the service at breakfast was outstanding.  They outsourced supper for me and serve it in my room.  Portions were sufficient and the quality of the food outstanding.   

Feeling like Home

Very comfortable venue and room once we managed to enter the premises. Firstly the driveway is from Hell. guests should be pre-warned of the extremely steep driveway as I can imagine some older vehicles having a problem reaching the top. Also it must put off some drivers totally.

Arriving at the gate we couldn't gain access as the call system was out of order. However the annoying part was that when phoning the venue there was no answer. Luckily a gardener/worker saw us and notified reception to let us in. The lady at reception then explained that the call we made would have been automatically redirected to her mother's mobile phone. Not a problem except mother was apparently in NAMIBIA!!!

Totally frustrating experience. If you can put up with this service and assistance then the rooms are very comfortable.

Pity that none of the staff wore masks during our visit and when I asked the lady serving breakfast why nobody wore masks she told us that she does wear one but was busy drinking water!! Not acceptable. We left very quickly and wont return despite the rooms and wonderful view of Pretoria.

Very comfortable but a driveway from Hell

Good day, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mont Paradiso on the 15 Feb 2020. We just needed a 4 x 4 it was a bit difficult getting our car up to the guest house. The food was great and the atmosphere was vibrant. The premises is neat and clean. Thank you we have mentioned the guesthouse to family members as well as friends and will be visiting again soon.
