Apparently this campsite is no longer operational since change of ownership. The telephone numbers does not exist. It was so disappointing, I was really looking forward to overnight here. There is such a need for such a place in Graff-Reinett😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

Upon arrival we were met by staff without masks. We were shown our room and noticed the tap in the bathroom were leaking profusely and immediately reported it. I was told that she will send someone now. Realizing that tap should have been leaking for a long time, as the basin already had a rust ring, and that is in a town with water restrictions due to drought. The shower drain was blocked, during my shower I had to turn off the water and let the water drain first before continuing to shower. Sitting outside by the braai, we had to endure sewerage smell the whole time, as the sewer water ran at the bottom of our room just a few steps away. We were informed that there was free Wi-Fi, but were given excuses as to why we couldn't get the password. Upon arrival we were informed that she will print the invoice with the Wi-Fi password and bring it to us, up until we left we never received the invoice. We had important documents to email and had to connect a phone to the laptop just to get data to email the documents.

Poor Service

The amount of effort exceeded expectations. The large house had some loose tiles unfortunately, which made it difficult with the kiddies, but I believe that they were in the process of managing that. The beds were very comfy and everything was clean. I think if given better location, this place would be fully booked all the time!

Stunning customer service

We had an overnight stop at Jesa. The weather was very hot and the only warm welcome we received was from a Colly dog. The reception that we received was a bit clinical. The bathroom was great but the room was dull. There was bare minimum. 
It is okay at this point to use it as a pass through but not for a vacation destination. 


Overnight at Jesa

Beautiful and spotless.Room was nice, coffee and tea making facility and wifi had a nice speed to it. Was welcome by the owner herself, very nice lady. Waking up to the beautiful mountain was incredible. Short and sweet but love the experience before heading back home. Will definitely return

Beautiful and clean

We recently spent a night at Jesa - what a lovely surprise.  It was my partner and i and i our two dogs.  After the long drive from Margate (heading for Cape Town), the chalet was a most welcome and comfortable.  Absolutely everything we needed was available.  Our unit was clean and spacious.  The management took the time to call and see what time we would arrive, they were friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.  Our pets settled well.  would not hesitate to suggest Jesa to friends and family and would definately make use of this wonderful establishment again. THANK YOU

awesome overnight stay

The service was good, the place is nice and clean. The place is also easy to find. Love the peace and quiet which makes you to sleep peacefully. Good value for money.
Note : more channels for TV please. 

Good and comfortable.

Very nice place stayed for one night with my husband children and grandkids they loved it lady at reception was very nice place was clean it had everything you need value for your money they even left the fans on

We stayed only one night at Jesa accomodation on their little campsite. Everything was nice and clean, the private bathrooms are a great idea and we enjoyed it very much. We felt very welcome, the staff was helpful and friendly, sharing good advice and recommendations for restaurants in town. Due to time we didn't jump in the pool, but it looked really nice as well. I would recommend Jesa to everyone who drives through Graaf- Reinet and would definitively come back!

Very pleasant little camp site

We were warmly received, handed our keys for our private bathroom  a big plus for any camper. Good, clean facility, well maintained. I would recommend this overnight site to friends and family anytime. Thank you staff,keep it up.
