Villa Palmeira really impressed me. We were booked somewhere else, but they had a block booking and moved us to Villa Palmeira at the last minute. I am so glad they did! Our host Steven was incredibly kind and helpful. The room was large and comfortable with a massive bed and crisp clean linen.
Breakfast was beautifully prepared and served by Jeremiah. The small touches were lovely, like real roses on the breakfast tables. Villa Palmeira will certainly be our guesthouse of choice in Bela Bela.

Wonderful surprise

We stayed here overnight when I ran the Bela Bela Marathon. The room was large, well-equipped, clean and comfortable. The owners and staff were really friendly and could not do enough to make us welcome. All in all it was really good value.

Very friendly personal service

Very pleasant stop over. Friendly service and comfortable.The third time in over 6 years and the accommodation is as good now as it was then. Secure parking available. Rooms are large and spacious and the gardens are well kept for relaxation.

Thanks to the Villa Palmeira team, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts and staff were very welcoming an helpful even though we had a late arrival. Our room was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious! Will be sure to stay here again!

Nice stay, great service!

Ok so on Friday, the 25th, we booked 2 rooms for 2 couples at the hotel and paid the deposit. On arrival we discovered that we were not on the list and therefore proper arrangements for the rooms were not made. They at least were able to give us a joint apartment with two rooms and separate bathrooms, of which the beds were two single beds pushed together, thus not being the advertisement which I originally paid for. Per room after seeing there were no towels available and requesting them, one towel was given. That evening when we returned round 8pm, we asked if there were any beverages available to purchase from the hotel? With the reply being: "We have a Jack (1 litre) of juice for R50 or there is a shabeen open 2km away in the township".The next morning we wanted to get a early start to the day, only to discover that there was no Hot water for a shower! Now the hotel advertises that it is a 3 star establishment, therefore the least they should attend to is someone at the front desk on guests arrival, bookings should be in order, there should be hot water and towels, and also when advertising it has a bar; have some sort of selection of beverages to sell to guests! Appalling!
