It is great place to start for trips, tracks and ski. Electric tram and cableway is close to. Not every villages have so many restaurants and shops where to go, this place yes. But in case you don´t want to go out site you can stay in house and just be on the terrace or in living are with TV. The same are is used for buffet breakfast, that are great. Coffee, tea, juice, water as standard. Hot buffet /every day different/, cold buffet as well /best for me homemade spreads and possibilities to mix some healthy breakfast with cornflakes and f.e. raisins/ ham, cheese, yogurts, vegetables, fruits....... Nice atmosphere of mountain house, clean everywhere. Lady, the owner, is very nice and friendly.This was my 3rd stay and I will definitely come back.

Perfect place

Small, cosy, quiet hotel with very nice and helpful staff. Nice views from some rooms. Good breakfast.
Located near to train station and bus station. Good starting place for a trip to mountains but car is recommended for getting to another starting places.

Pleasant and quiet hotel, very nice staff

The Penzion is on the main road, but set well back so there is no traffic noise what so ever.  We had a room in the front of the building with a small balcony, which was good to sit out on and have a drink before dinner or a cup of tea. The room overlooked two churches which were illuminated at night.   Good spot to explore the High Tatras.
The Penzion was very close to the Svist Restaurant, which was convenient especially when the evenings became cool.   Good breakfast to start the day.  What more can I say.

Greast location

The location is perfect if you arrive by train, bus or car. It is within 5 minute walk to two train stations and a bus station and it also provides private parking. It is brilliantly positioned for exploring the High Tatras. 
The villa looks very attractive from outside and is also charming from inside. We were welcomed in a very polite and friendly manner. Our room was compact but spacious enough and comfortable and very clean with enough room for all our clothes. The bathroom was very clean as well. Toiletries are not provided, just a liquid soap. I suppose it could be used in the shower in case of emergency. 
I loved little touches, such as ornamental Santa on the window sill as we stayed at Christmas. There are a lot of beautiful pictures and ornaments in the corridor and breakfast room. It makes the place look very cosy and homely. 
The buffet breakfast is served from 8-10 am and is of a very good quality, quantity and variety. You would have to be very picky if you did not like it.There is something for everyone. 
The owner is brilliant and definitely has the passion for her "product". She definitely is the people person and tries really hard to satisfy her guests'requests.
The only problem we had was the noise from the family living next door. They were very noisy and woke us up early in the morning. The walls are really very thin. This cannot be changed, but when we mentioned it to the owner, she sorted the situation instantly by talking to the family. I have to say, I admire her direct approach. 
My advice is, if you ever have any, even slight problem or issue, talk to the owner, she will do anything to sort it out. Our early unwanted wake up call enabled us to see the peaks from our window in the perfect morning light. 
As we are used to having a kettle in the room in every hotel or B&B in England, we were missing it because we like having a cuppa before going to bed. This is just a minor thing and is not usual in Slovak establishments. 
The wi-fi is very good and we also had fridge, hair dryer, flat screen TV and electronic alarm clock/radio in the room. 
Over all, this is a lovely B&B with a very attentive owner.

Great location

Owner is perfect, welcoming and polite. 
The place is wooden built. And has a few rooms only. 
Rooms are spacious and clean. Toilet ans bath are clean too. There is no shampoo in bath. 
Since the place is wooden built, the rooms are not soundproof.

The breakfast is good and has nice variety. 

Located near Hrebienok falls and many other attractions in high tatras.
Near the hotel is a great restaurant ... Svist restaurant. Also recommendedand Villa mon ami suggests 10% discount. 

At over all great place and polite owner.

Would come back again.
