If you are looking for a nice place to relax away from civilisation this is it.

No wifi available, the villa and rooms needs renovation.. No Hot Water for Showers.. The Pool was not well maintained. The Gate stays open during the night we had to lock ourselves Inside the room as a safety precautions.

The Host was great though, provided us with great service. Theres a microwave you can heat your food and cutleries available to suit your needs.

Great View of Anse Boileau Bay on the Great Balcony!

A few shops and the beach about 5 minutes away.. restaurants also available about 15 minutes away.

it was a horrible experience, a very dirty room, non-existent wifi, non-functioning toilets: toilet that doesn't flush water, whirlpool that doesn't work repaired with a plastic bag in the flush, malfunctioning shower, dead insects, cobwebs, terrible breakfast and when I asked for simple drinking water, the structure did not have any available, not even for a fee.  Denying drinking water to humans is torture and even the non-existent wifi made our families worry unnecessarily as we couldn't get in touch with the outside world!  If an emergency happens, how do they handle it?  you cannot allow other travelers to suffer what we have been through.

Worst hotel ever

Damp smell , bugs in the room . Terrible host, with a bad attitude , plugs did not work, bedding stained - paid for breakfast but same same every day, kitchen needs a total revamp
Please also check out the various accommodation before booking and this place is not cheap

A bad experience

The photos in the internet are mostly not from this place! In my opinion it is an intentional hoax to fool bookers... Never the less the staff was absolutely wonderfull and the actual place is not that bad. Owner we did not see but had to talk on the phone because there was a mix up in our reservasion. We book the room for three persons but got a room for two (had to pay extra for the extra bed...). No symphaty from the owner, of course...
The place was tidy and the breakfast was good! The view is nice. Location is quite remote but it's easy to take the bus to move around. Only one restaurant within walking distance of the apartment. Bus stop is located at the main road, about 500 metres away. The beach is near but it's not really suited for swimming.

Photos are wrong

The resort was nice enough. Nothing to do here except use the small pool, but it’s close to a couple of tiny stores and has a lovely view of a small bay. It was clean enough for us, but the beds were atrocious! I laid awake most of the night, and when I asked the other guests, they had the same experience. We even went into the other guest rooms. Same story—the only guest who’d slept on worse beds was a traveler who’d spent time in Japan, sleeping on A MAT covering a wooden pallet! Don’t underestimate the value of a restful night. There is a slightly equipped kitchen with large butter knives. If you buy fresh fish from the locals, be prepared to NOT be able to cut it. Also we had to pay an EXTRA 10 Euro to use the kitchen or barbecue grill EACH TIME!! The staff was lovely and tried to be helpful, but maybe if they were given a day off once in awhile they’d be able to experience the island and give guests ideas for activities or nearby beaches.

Rock hard beds = PAIN!!!

Terrible.
First of all, the property is totally different from the one we booked like in the pictures. That is a scam. 
The one in the pictures is another Villa which you CAN NOT access. Of course they dont put pictures of the original one since is very basic. 
Upon checkin there was no one to find. We arrive at 9pm we had to press the claxon to awake someone and of course the rest of the guest. Terrible. 
No amenities on the room I mean no shampoo and some basic shower gel which was terrible. I mean, dont get me wrong, I know Seychelles its expensive but to pay more than a hundred dollars a night and not to find the basic amenities or any personnel is a total rip off.
The good thing I have to say is that the guy hired to run the place is very nice, when he is around which is half the time, and the cleaning lady nice too. But that doesnt solve the problem.

Not the property in the pictures be careful

I stay for 3 nights, i recommend to rent a car if you plan stay in the bay view villas. Air-conditioners are not effective for summers. After 7pm the roads are too lonely & restaurants are difficult to find. Staffs are very friendly. Scenic beauty is awesome. 

Seychelles

We arrived with no booking knowledge but luckily there was a room available. Then had to move rooms due to in house confusion. The bed was a plank shaped as a bed. Really hard and uncomfortable! Especially with a pregnant wife it was unecceptable. Breakfast was horrible consisting of oily eggs and bacon with an salty apple. The excuse for a spa bath that doesn't work an not enough hot water to fill it! Otherwise the staff tried their best and helped where they could and good views.

A very pretty villa with beautiful furnitures and very nice staff :-) The breakfasts are the best I've ever had in a hotel! The rooms are big and really beautiful! The beach is a little far but there are two pools you can swim and have a great Bay View :-)
I truly recommend this place - especially for honeymoon ;-)
