It is a very nice place and it will be even better when the new pool area is completed.
It is close to all sightseeing that you can do in Dakar.
I have been talking to a lot of people and they have been very friendly and trying to do there best.
That´s from construction worker to especially Mama Fatou.
And then I do not even speak a word of french.
Today I meet a guy outside the fence that offered me his catch of a quit large fish.
I think that tells a great deal about the people in Dakar and Senegal.

Best staff ever.

The hotel charge and fee paid without buffet is bad.Kindly try working on that aspect. About hotel and rwstaurants their food will have to relax you.

My daughter and I stayed two day at the hotel and were pleasantly surprised.  The bed was plush and comfortable.  Warm water, free WiFi, A/C, excellent location near the beach and a short walk to the Sea Breeze Mall were all excellent conveniences.  We really miss the wonderful staff and hanging out at the hotel amusement park in the evenings.  Thank you for taking great care of us!

I had room number 1. Nice view with a balcony. The room was cleaned every day. Very friendly and helpful staff. There are 2 restaurants just outside the hotel, which are very good and affordable. You can walk to the beach. The pool is nice but could use a bit more water. If something does not work or needs fixing, just ask and the staff do their best at ensuring you have a pleasant stay. I did not like that there are goats attached in a small enclosure but that is how they do things.

Great location for a decent price.

Very nice and clean hotel with friendly staf. Room was very comfortable and clean with seaview. Pool was clean and refreshing with umbrellas and chairs.

Breakfastwith fresh baguettes and croissants. There are also fruit juices and coffee. 

Hotel is very good secure but street by the hotel is long with shops. 
Near the hotel there is no problem buying meals. And street food was delicious. Baguettes with onion and meat. Everywhere there are small shops drinks and baguettes. SEA PLAZA supermarket is near.

In areal hotel Magic Land (funny park) are animals. 

This hotel I recommend for traveler and for family with small children.

I stayed at this hotel because it was the most expensive that my company's budget would allow me, approx 50 euros per night I am apparently lucky to have a hotel with air conditioning.  

Rooms: The first night I was thoroughly attacked by mosquitoes and it took ages to cool down because it was large and a small A/C unit.  Also the bathroom was a bit mouldy and a few cockroachs were wondering around. Room 5 was better with more mosquitoes but a mosquito net, but the shower head was 360degree jets (not useful), there was hot water and the bed is comfortable, slight cigarette odour.
I had to move once again to a new room 1 on my last night due to the electricity cutting out after three minutes.  This room was perfect, wish I was there from the start.

Breakfast - apart from the croissants is a bit of a disappointment, especially the orange juice from a powder. The outdoor area is covered in cat hair.

Staff - very nice, friendly and accommodating

General: the swimming pool was empty and the Magic Land is quite eerie at night, looks like a scene from a horror film!

Not the standard I'm used to

We enjoyed our six nights in Magic Land. Our room no 7 was very large & nicely furnished with a huge bathroom. There was a nice view over the Atlantic and a balcony .  The staff in the hotel were were pleasant & willing to please. The cleaning was very good indeed.  I was not bothered at all by any noise. Hotel guests can use the fitness room & the pool.  We found this hotel at an excellent rate for central Dakar.  Downsides were no hairdrier , very basic breakfast which could so easily be improved and no restaurant or bar. There is a fast food cafe in the theme park but with basic options.  The location is great. I would return if the price was right again.
