Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The security deposit is refunded before 08:00 PM after checking the apartment. The deposit is increased when booking for more than one adult without children.
An agreement is concluded with a photo and passport details, with the signature of one of the guests.
Independent check-in is possible until 10:00 PM, on weekends until 11:00 PM according to detailed instructions.
Check-in after 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM is possible only by agreement for an additional fee of RUB 300.00.
Early check-in and late check-out are available only when possible, off-season and for an additional fee. The additional fee depends on the time of check-in.
The remote control for the parking gate is provided for a deposit of RUB 3000.00. If there is no space in the evening, guests can park the car on Bolshaya Konyushennaya Street from 08:00 PM to 08:00 AM for free, and then move it to the yard in the morning.
Smoking any smoking products and liquids in the apartments is prohibited, a fine is charged from the deposit. A sensor is installed. Smoking is allowed outside.
It is prohibited to hold events and parties in groups. In case of violation, eviction will be carried out without a refund.
Guests can get to the apartment: travel to the Nevsky Prospekt metro station — transfer to the Griboyedov Canal. From the metro, walk across the bridge towards the Cathedral of the Savior on Spilled Blood. |
