Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The building facades are being renovated in this historic district of St. Petersburg, noise and dust may occur. The accommodation provider apologises for any inconvenience.
Round-the-clock check-in is organized. In case of check-in on the same day, it is necessary to inform the administrator in advance from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM to receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.
Same day bookings are possible until 09:00 PM.
Check-in is carried out remotely: after concluding an electronic contract (lease of residential premises) and making a deposit, the administrator sends you information on check-in.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to prior arrangement for an additional fee.
Children aged 0 to 4 years can be provided with a baby cot free of charge as an extra bed. Children from 4 years old are counted as a separate guest with the provision of an extra bed.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor, there is no elevator in the building.
DogFriendly. A one-time fee of RUB 3000.00 for special cleaning and insurance deposit is charged for accommodation with a dog, regardless of the length of stay (payment on the day of check-in). Accommodation is possible only with dogs of non-hazardous breeds up to 8 kg. Cats and larger dogs are not allowed to be placed.
