Svetlana Center Apartments are located in the center of Sochi, in the historic district, in the building of the former Soviet boarding house Svetlana, whose architecture has been preserved. The distance to the beach is 300 meters, the road to the sea passes through the territory of the Frunze Park. Nearby there are numerous cafes and restaurants, supermarkets, banks, shops, hairdressers, beauty salons and bus stops. Nearby are the Summer and Winter Theaters, the Festivalny Concert Hall, the Arboretum Park and the Sochi Circus, the city’s central embankment and the Sea Port.
