Description of the guest house
Location
Pervy Solnechny Guest House is located in the resort village of Vardane, Greater Sochi. The central beach can be reached on foot through a pedestrian alley with souvenir rows, points selling food, and excursions. On the beach there is a rental of sun loungers and catamarans, and water activities are offered: jet skiing, banana boat rides, or parachute rides. Also in the other direction on foot there is another pebble beach, which is divided into coves with stone dunes.
There is a store within walking distance, and after walking further, there is the center of the village with stops, shops, supermarkets, a pharmacy and other things, cafes and canteens. The railway station is located at the sea access to the central beach. The nearest large village of Loo and the city of Sochi can be reached in a short time by transport.
In the guest house
The guest house is a new three-story house with an open terrace. Each guest receives a bonus upon check-in.
For the convenience of guests, we offer modern triple rooms equipped with the necessary furniture and appliances, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a set of hygiene products. Guests are provided with bed linen, towels, places for drying wet clothes, laundry services, free Wi-Fi, cleaning.
For cooking there is a common kitchen and barbecue area. At the request of guests, it is possible to organize delivery of lunches and dinners from nearby cafes and canteens for an additional fee.
You can relax on the outdoor terrace, in the lounge area with a fireplace, or cool off in the pool. In the evenings it is possible to organize film screenings on the big screen. Creative master classes are held for children, there is a large selection of board games, and for the youngest guests there is a children's play corner.
For the convenience of guests arriving by private vehicle, a parking space is provided. Transfer available.
