What was good

The location near the riverside, with a supermarket in the building. You also have flowers stalls in from of the building.

What was bad

The building is well locate on the river side. You have direct access to the promenade. The flat is a good size studio fat. When i open the door I was great by a strong amonia smell. You have the usual amenities fridge, washing machine, cooker etc..the bed was broken looks like it is been like this for a while and all they try to fixe it reither than replacing it. The kettle has been leaking for sometime.... As evidence by the calcium deposite. The windows does seal well leaving a chill feeling at night. It doesn't help that the radiator is completely incased. Making it inefficient. All you have to cook your food is a fry pan and 1 saucepan. I wonder what you can cook. My understanding is that people rent fat because they want to cook for themselves. Overall , although this fat is well locate, the basic espected are not there.
