    Nicolas, I'm sorry you didn't like it. But you yourself chose the cheapest option. When you checked in, you were shown larger rooms, but you chose a small room. Water flowed from the upper floors, it was not our fault. But we quickly resolved the issue and moved you to a more expensive room, without charging additional payment.
