Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. Pets can be accommodated at no extra cost upon request, but with a veterinary certificate, as well as a muzzle for large breed dogs. Contact information is provided on the booking confirmation.
Early check-in is possible at no extra charge, subject to availability of rooms.
A free late check-out is possible with a delay of no more than one hour after the estimated time, or with an additional payment of RUB 500.00 per hour.
To maintain cleanliness, guests are asked to wear shoe covers or change shoes at the entrance. Reusable and disposable slippers are provided.
