This is such a great place that can barely be described in words. A couple of weeks before the arrival date, I've been contacted by the owner and discussed the details: she pre booked a boat ride for us from Tulcea to Sulina and arranged a pick-up from the Sulina harbour. During our stay, the owners made sure we had everyting we needed and facilitated boat trips and lunch/dinner. The room was spotless clean and the whole experience was a 10+++. We will surely recommend Casa Diana to our friends & family. Thank you!

We stayed in Casa Diana in august 2016 and it was great. The room was clean and modern, they have great garden, fully equipped kitchen and the staff is incredibly nice. They also picked us up at the port.

Casa Diana is located in the center of Sulina, very close to the Danube and the public transportation. Very hospitable host! They waited for us at arrival to help with the luggage. They have a boat and also helped with organising a very nice Danube Delta trip by boat, as per our request.

The rooms are very nice, with a private bathroom, air conditioning and a flat screen TV.

The rooms were cleaned everyday and hot coffee was waiting for us every morning.

All in all, a great experience. Will definitely go back.

Casa Diana is located in the centre of Sulina, just a short walk from the main canal with its smattering of restaurants and terraces. It is about 30 minutes walk from the beach, but it is very easy and cheap to take a taxi, and this seems to be the most popluar way of travelling there and back. Sulina is a very small, isolated town where the Danube Delta meets the Black Sea, and reaching it involves a boat trip, usually from Tulcea. Fortunately, the owners of Casa Diana were able to organise our journeys from Tulcea and back again eight days later, which was very useful indeed. Therefore, our party of 13 people (including 7 children) parked up our cars in Tulcea and took the 90 minute journey to the heart of Sulina, where we were met by the owners of Casa Diana. 
 Casa Diana is a family-run guesthouse with 7 large rooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. There is a large kitchen for those who prefer to self-cater and also a sufficiently-sized terrace for eating outdoors. The owners, Lili and Vali, can arrange for meals to be prepared for you and I have to say the food they brought for us was absolutely delicious. I had heard a lot about the local fish-based cuisine, and they gave us many great examples of it. All of this was very reasonably priced and completely removed the need to spend time cooking or preparing our meals. The restaurant "Marea Neagra" is five minutes walk away, providing another excellent option for food. 
Apart from the food, Vali is an expert on the local port and nature reserve. We were able to arrange tours of both the Delta and the closest parts of the Black Sea with him in his boat. These tours were very relaxing and informative; our first trip, which took a whole day, also included a fantastic meal at a restaurant in the Padurea Letea; the others included up close looks at a ship which ran aground and partially sank ten years ago, and of course lots of wildlife. 
Having never visited the famous Danube Delta, I was unsure of what to expect, so I was very pleased to discover that Casa Diana was the perfect point from which to see the more unique natural phenomena of the area and also combine this with a beach holiday. The beach is quiet and cheap, which suits me just fine!  Sulina itself is an interesting town, although the points of interest are perhaps not as sold as well as they could be; something which is true of many areas of Romania. 
I thought Casa Diana represented excellent value for money and if I ever return to Sulina I hope I will be able to find room there. Accommodation is a big part of a holiday, especially when travelling with children, and the owners of Casa Diana made our Delta experience very comfortable and enjoyable indeed.

Very nice rooms, clean and with air conditioner (even if there was no need during our stay) and flat TV screen. The room was cleaned daily and they even helped with organising a dinner for us to taste the traditional fish food.
About 30 minutes on foot to the beach, however the bus stop is really near and you can arrive in no time at the seaside.
All in all, a very pleasant vacation.
