We never really got to actually go there because they cancelled our reservation. We booked 3 double rooms on booking.com where it clearly stated that we were going to pay the whole price when we get there so there was no payment in advance needed. After a few days we got a mail saying that our reservation was cancelled because we did not pay the payment in advance. Upon calling they told us that even though on booking it said no payment is required it actually is and when they didnt receive it in 24 hours they just cancelled the reservation and gave our rooms to someone else. The person on the phone also said that they sent us a mail requesting this payment, however, no mail of that type was recieved by us. Really disappointed as it was the only option we had and now the whole holiday is cancelled. Will never recommend this location to anyone because of that.

Deficient and disappointing administration

I was there with my girlfriend in an unexpected holiday. I arrived at Costinești with no room booked. I wasn't dream at such a good location. The staff is well prepared and rooms are clean. Located at about 10 minutes from sea,Anacris is a good deal for your sea holiday. Enjoy romanian sea here,you won't regret!

Pro :
1. Good value for money
2. Owner was very comunicative and informative about where to eat/what to do/what to avoid
3.You can do barbeque if you want, even your own expresso with your coffee
4.Pictures are true and yes it is very clean.
5. Nice big tv compare to other hotels
6. Aircon (inverter) is cooling your room in seconds=best system you can encounter
7. Nice garden with flowers and a terrace where you can watch on a small tv your game.
8. best service for cleanless and a friendly receptionist girl
9. 10 minutes walking to the beach
10. nice big parking next to hotel in the back

Cons:
1.Water is sometimes too hot or too cold (room 32) 3rd floor. 33rd room was great


Clean and cosy!!!!!

The rooms are clean and have modern furniture and apliances. Each room has air conditionning. The hotel is located at a five minutes walk from the beach. It doesn't have a restaurant, but you can order in from a nearby restaurant that has quite a variety of dishes of very healthy sizes. The host is very kind and helpful. A very good experience.

Beautiful hotel, very nice host

The place is quite far from the beach. It's a new location, it looks ok (especially in the pictures) but when I got there the balcony's view was a big pile of wood probably used for construction. Although the room was clean the bathroom wasn't super clean. One day they just forgot to clean our room. And the best part of all was the drilling, and the bumping in our heads at 8:00 in the morning. Yes, the hotel is so new that they were still building or fixing upper floors!!!! The place was a construction site!!! So we went there for some quiet time and instead we had more noise than in Bucharest!  We have been literally woken  up every morning between 8 and 9. I made a complaint but they didn't really care. Plus the wi-fi's signal is not very great! 
So, based on my experience, do I recommend it? NO!!!
